This place is quick and friendly. For awhile it was kind of hard to get to do to with construction but that as ended for those who don’t know. They have seating inside and It’s Starbucks so you know the coffee is high quality. They have a small menu for those who want a snack a lighter breakfast/lunch. Parking can be a challenge at times. I think prices are competitive as I have visited other coffee shops around the State. So take a break and enjoy.

My hat is completely off to these folks. The service is remarkable, friendly, respectful, professional, and attentive. If I were the boss of a powerful company, I would be actively trying to recruit their employees : ) . I felt very welcome there while studying for college. To my disbelief, my drinks were always exactly what I expected and I really loved the healthy menu. I would defiantly recommend the food. THANK YOU! I don’t know if I would have graduated without your support.

Disappointed they stopped selling sugar-free caramel macchiato which is absolutely a bunch of crap you guys put this Cafe Mocha stuff on there that’s absolutely disgusting I don’t know if you guys just took it off the shelf because of a reason you just not telling people or what you guys need to figure it out and quit pulling creamers that people use this is one of the reasons I don’t go to any of the Starbucks site I go to City Brew because you guys have nothing sugar-free in your facilities

I have gone to the location on Custer 3 times the first was nice however the last 2 times I guess I was there for too long while working on my business both times I felt unwanted at around 530 pm they began sweeping around me mopping etc. Usually someone will arrive you that you aren’t being a bother by being there however in these cases I felt I was being told to go IBWONT BE BACK

I prefer supporting more local coffee places to begin with but someone from the office was stopping here this morning. When they got here they said they were charged 80 cents for asking for 1/2 the flavor “customization fee.” Getting charged for using less product is super lame. Go support 1889 or City Brew!!!

I went to the Starbucks like I normally do in the morning to get my normal coffee. I sat at the drive-thru for about 5-10 minutes before I made a sound asking if anybody was there. I get greeted back with WE ARE CLOSED. I told them there was no possible way for me to know because they didn’t block off their drive-thru. Then I get greeted back with WE ARE WORKING ON IT. I have no idea why I wasn’t greeted with hello our drive-thru is closed right now I’m so sorry we’re having issues vs the harsh treatment I was given. I left extremely upset and I don’t plan on visiting this location again. I know Starbucks could give a crap about me coming back but considering I spend a good amount of money there it’s pretty crappy to feel like the workers are mistreating customers that come by who are supposedly supposed to read their minds instead of them actually doing their jobs and blocking off the drive-thru when they are closed. You can’t expect people to know that and you shouldnt treat them like crap because of it. I hope that young lady gets some serious training or finds a job out of customer service because she does not know how to do her job one bit. I called the manager and was only given the shift leader of course and they could give a crap about what happened 2/25/25 at 8am
