Consistent quality, fresh ingredients, and friendly staff! I’ve been ordering takeout from Maria’s since it opened and have been consistently satisfied with their selection. The salads are fresh and flavorful with house made dressings and quality protein. The pizzas are flavorful with just-right crust and robust sauce. I also enjoy their warm dinners that come with side salad and dinner rolls, making for a hearty, comforting dish. The green bean fries are also my favorite appetizer available from their menu. The hoagies have consistently fresh ingredients. I will definitely be back time and time again!

Small pizza joint but very good. The Sicilian was great. Crispy crust. Toppings are booming with flavor. Also ordered an Italian sub. I do wish they filled it a bit more but the flavor was decent. Been a while since I tried their stuffed pizza but I do know that’s a staple point at this place.

This is my all time favorite Pizza shop.
Whenever l need to go to Ephrata l try to do it over lunchtime so l can stop in for their pizza.

I’ve been to Maria’s twice. The service has been friendly and welcoming. The single cheese slices are really good. Some of best in Central PA.
The large cheese pizza was ehh. It wasn’t terrible, but way below expectations. The bottom of the crust was a bit overdone, and I asked for extra cheese. There’s no way there was extra cheese on it. It was nothing like the individual slices. The curly fries were very good.
If I go back, it’s for slices only, but I’m open up to trying something else.

got this pizza once for a work party and it’s been my go-to ever since; all of my coworkers agreed it was some of the best pizza they have ever had! perfect cheese-sauce-crust ratio, and always fresh! I order from Maria’s anytime I’m craving pizza. worth every penny.

Ordered cheese pizza with a personal meat lover Calzone, all I can say, sauce is on Point! Everything was delicious! For the price of the Calzone I was able to feed my 3 boys.
