My kids love Little Ceasars pizza night but our recent experience was horrible. I’ve never seen pizza look like this. Not sure if it was under cooked, but the manager was very nonchalant about the situation. I left a comment online and did not receive a response so I am submitting this review. Check your pizza from this location before consuming or serving to your children.

This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location and have waited 20+ minutes for a pepperoni pizza and a crazy bread. Everyone who was in front and behind me in the drive thru line received their food while I am STILL waiting. No explanation offered either. I’ve never had this issue at another location.

Ordered a pizza online for pick up. When I checked the pizza, it was made incorrectly and one worker offered to make it correctly and said it would take about 8 minutes. When she came out 13 minutes later, I checked the second pizza, was satisfied with the look of it so I left .(Side note: this girl was in an over sized shirt, shorts(isnt this a safety issue being around ovens and what not?) and her hair was neither in a cap or hair net.)
Once home and only one slice in, the taste was very off and pasty. I removed all the toppings and exposed completely raw dough. I called the store and they refunded my money. But I wanted to make sure they saw this mistake for themselves. I took the rest of the pizza back into the store and Tyler shrugged his shoulders, said he wouldn’t do anything else since my money has been refunded but said he would hold onto to it to show his GM. Pretty sure it was simply thrown away like the first incorrect pizza.
I work in the same area of this store and it is a very convenient location for me. But the last couple of times, my orders have been incorrect. This one was just the icing on the cake for me to report these issues.
Not to mention, Tyler had also just walked out of a bathroom, marked “out of order” on the front of the door. Corporate will be called.
Update as of 5/31/23: no words from Corporate or the store GM as of yet.

My husband went to grab us some last minute food for dinner and it was a horrible experience. Nothing was hot and ready. He was there for an hour waiting on 3 pizzas, breadsticks, and puffs. The employee at the front was extremely unprofessional and rude. Won’t ever spend money here again. After all that time the pizza didn’t even look or taste fresh, breadsticks were horrible. No thank you.

We noticed (unfortunately) after eating two slices of the pretzel crust pizza a centipede baked into it. We called the store and told the first person to answer the phone and they said nothing for a couple minutes then passed the phone to who we believe was the manager. You’d think they would immediately offer a refund of our entire order, we were willing to bring it all back, but they instead said the will just refund the one pizza. Why would we want to eat any of the pizza after finding that? They were rude and very unprofessional given the disgusting situation. We will be reporting this.

The rarely have any pizzas ready. When ordering at the window, I’ve been told 5 minutes to make 2 pizzas a few times. It usually takes 20-30 minutes. I suspect ordering ahead might be a better experience because I’ve seen over a dozen people come through while in waiting.

There was a CENTIPEDE baked into the pizza!!! And when we called they just offered a free krazy bread and wouldn’t refund the entire order. The guy was incredibly rude.
