So the food was decent. Not anything to write home about, but it was fair.
There was so many gnats flying around. It was so hard to enjoy the meal. They really need to invest in zevos lol.
The service was good.
The restrooms were horrific. They smelled like sewer so bad I was gagging there was water or urine or whatever all over the floor.
Please don’t use the restroom if you go here.

I had the Szechuan chicken and my friend had the broccoli beef. The broccoli beef was decent. The Szechuan chicken was abysmal. Firstly there were only a few pieces of chicken and was primarily shredded carrots (see picture). The chicken there was had that dried out, leftover chicken flavor. It tasted like the chicken had been sitting for 10 days. It’s telling when you order takeout and it’s ready in 5 minutes.

I called in and ordered take out and it was done in 15 mins, I have the walnut shrimp and the curry chicken, I wish they had a smaller batch for the walnut shrimp instead of me paying $20 for the plate by itself but it was still delicious

Took my grandson for lunch. He was saying how great it was to go to a family restaurant instead of a chain. I’m not sure why recent Yelp reviews were not great. We had a great tasty lunch, clean and good service. ( waiter answered all questions and delivered good service) just very business like which was nice.

I was genuinely looking forward to getting lunch or dinner from here regularly. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start.
The reception was unwelcoming, particularly the attitude of the elderly lady at the front desk, and the food didn’t meet expectations. For nearly $20 per plate, I expected better quality and taste.
I only visited once, and haven’t returned since. I sincerely hope they work on improving both their customer service and food quality — I’d love to become a regular if things change.

We did take out and the food was amazing.. Good flavors. We ordered moo shu and fried rice and some spicy soup. We also gotreturn. Crab rangoon and some egg rolls, which they told me are homemade. Delicious! Will definitely retun.

I’ve been spending money here for nearly 15 years mainly because they deliver. With all of the Asian restaurants around here, you’d think customer service would be priority, especially for loyal customers like myself. Nope. Not anymore.
I called to order this evening and the lady that answered the phone was rude and micro aggressive. She rushed me so much that I decided not to order. FTR, the food is just o-kay. The delivery driver is always a sweetheart and they are locally owned, so I support them.
I have a family of five so my average meal cost $60 – $75. Going forward, I’ll drive to pick up food for my family from an Asian restaurant that has better customer service.

This is our family spot for a traditional Chinese restaurant meal. The place isn’t fancy but well kept. The owners are there and they take care of the place. The servers are quick and courteous. We have been there several times and service, food quality and taste have been consistent and good. We always go back!

I am glad to say Imperial garden in Mckinney was a smash hit. Delicious and flavorful food. The Mongolian beef was the best out of the two dishes we ordered, the triple delight was good but the Mongolian beef was amazing. The lo mien was great, worth the $6 charge to substitute.the spring rolls were nice and flavorful too. Loved the crunch. The waiter barely spoke English so it was hard to order and have him understand us, but everything came out right. He was a nice guy. I would come back again. I can see why this place is highly rated and best Chinese food I have had since I moved to Texas.

You pay like $22 for a regular friend rice. I just got my order and the shrimp was BAD you could taste the frozen in the food. I hope I don’t get sick. I will never order here again. You would think that atleast they have semi fresh stuff when they charge double then any other place I have ever been
