I used to come in here just for the customer service as I love closer to the modesto store, I order my hunch punch by the case every month or two and tina always made sure it came in days after a special order, she was the main reason I drove the extra miles her customer service was amazing and overall personality infectious, I even told her boss how much I loved her and she responded yep she’s amazing, so when finding out she was let go broke our heart but we still gave the store a chance after about a year of not coming, imagine my shock as the new store manager is openly rude to his staff, especially to poor young man who obviously has special needs, how can bevmo employ a man that awful, he snapped and said my product never sells so he’s not ordering it anymore and told me to try another store then walked away

Full of wonderful things! Went in after a particular item they stocked, but decided to wander and check out the rest of the store since I had the time to do so.
So many cool and unexpected items in the aisles. It’s not just alcohols from around the world, there are even bar snacks, chips, a small stationery/art section, even items like ponchos and regular grocery items can easily be found within it. A little precarious on endcaps when navigating, as there isn’t a ton of extra space when using a cart but with a little patience it’s perfectly fine. Found an unexpected surprise of guinness chocolate bars and single cans of drinks I’ve only ever remembered in glass six packs which was really nice.

This store has every kind of alcohol I love coming here. Most of all I love Berny!!! She deserves a raise. So helpful and fun to talk to. I will be back and will tell all my family and friends to come when Berny is working!

Seriously, what is going on with the retail stores lately? I walked in, there were two girls upfront right near the register unpacking boxes.. you work there… You represent your company by your presence. You should be greeting every single person that comes through that door!. Retail sales are going down all over the place, and do you know why? Because it’s easier to order on a computer than to walk into a store and buy it there. Especially when you’re not being greeted by either one of the employees that works there. When I asked one of these girls, “do you know where the something” was? She responded, yes, it’s down number 5…
Which again left me to go and seek out what I was looking for. I had already been down that row, still didn’t find it. I left without buying anything.And I wonder how often it happens there. I will give them a 1 for unloading boxes.

Love this place. The kind of beer you can find is beyond crazy. Got lucky to find a mini keg of A fantastic German beer. Schwarzbier really good dark beer.

I no longer go to this store the new management is beyond rude. I have been a loyal customer for years and a delivery driver for years that comes to an end today. I was the delivery driver that passed the sheriff’s sting operation with flying colors. If you want drivers to stick around like me get the old managers back pronto.
