I’m very disappointed with my recent order. I specifically ordered 4 single pizzas, but instead I received just one small whole pizza. This is not what I ordered. I paid for 4 singles and got something completely different.
Pizza Hut should not advertise something and then deliver something else. If I order a specific item, I expect to receive exactly what I chose. Please don’t mislead customers with confusing or inaccurate promotions. I wanted the 4 single pizzas, not a small whole pizza I didn’t ask for.

I had such a great experience at this Pizza Hut! I called in to place an order and was put on a brief hold, so I ended up ordering online but Shawn came back on the phone with very bright energy ready to confirm my order and even called me when it was ready so I wasn’t left guessing. When I arrived, he was super kind, helpful, and made the whole experience so pleasant. Honestly, I’m surprised to see any negative reviews because this location does not disappoint. My pizza came out hot, fresh, and made to perfection. Thank you for the excellent service!

I ordered online and asked specifically to not burn the cheese because my son has autism. I get to the store. He opened the box and the cheese is burnt so I asked to speak to the manager. He keep cooking. He don’t even come and address the issue, as if I wasn’t even there. Poor customer service so my business with them is no more. I left the pizza right where they had it on the counter because I told them my son has autism. He will not eat the cheese if it’s burnt, but do you think he cared about that? No, he did not.

It’s been over 14 years since I last experienced excellent pizza from this establishment, leading to a significant reduction in the frequency of my orders. Despite repeated (hopeful) attempts, maybe once or twice a year, to see if service quality has improved, I’ve consistently encountered unsatisfactory experiences.
Regrettably, my most recent order included a hair in the pizza. I’m fortunate to have noticed this because I chew thoroughly, otherwise it might have’ve gone undetected. I immediately spit it out and it was disgusting.

This Pizza Hut has really went down hill. We usually order pizza 1 to 2 times a month. Our last 4 orders has had something wrong with it. They do offer to remake the pizza but, with the 20-30 minutes lead time waiting to remake 1 of the 2 pizzas just doesnt make since.

The worst Pizza Hut in this area. You track the order it says delivered all though you call and they say it’s still route. My home is 2 miles away and yet it still takes almost 2 hours for delivery. Staff is rude and make smart comments over the phone but when you show up in person they change completely. I’ll order from another store or Papa John’s from here on out.

Ordered at 6:26, email confirmation is delivery for 7:06, called at 7:11 advised it was almost done and on its way soon. Called at 7:29 on its way should be there soon. Called at 7:42 -cancelled and got refunded.
Glad I got a refund but frustrating because I have little kids that dinner got messed up and delayed for. It’s just not a good experience. I hope they get things worked out.

I ordered a medium cheese pizza with extra cheese & cheese sticks, the pizza was dry & nearly burnt.. & the cheese sticks were so dry & burnt one could easily mistake them for bread sticks. Once I made it home( should have checked before leaving the store)I called & told them both the pizza and cheese sticks were dry & nearly burnt, the employee apologized & told me they can remake them. I was pleased with this gesture, because I know things happen. Upon returning to the store, the cashier only had a pizza ready. I asked her about the cheese sticks and she told me I only said I had an issue with the pizza when I know for a fact I told her it was both. She tried to go back and forth with me about what I know I said and then proceed to go to the kitchen and discuss me. Why would I tell her only pizza when I knew I had an issue with both!? Only thing she had to do was say she didn’t hear cheese sticks and simply remake them? Better customer service skills is needed!

Call center is horrible. I called and gave an address the manager from the call center called me and said u put in an delivery from a store 1 hour away as if u didn’t pull up the closet Pizza Hut near me. Gave the lady the zip code and address. Instead of taken accountability they said I ordered from a store 1 hour away. Who hire these people. Horrible customer service. My food never showed up. I had to go and pick up from the store that I ordered from. I get to the store and 5 people are just chilling. Got to do better.
