Ordered pizza at 6:57pm, left the restaurant at 7:28pm, did not arrive to our house 2 minutes away until 8:10pm. Driver forgot ranch ordered, and when we asked about it, he said it was “probably in the box” as he was walking away. Ranch was not in the box, and after we followed him outside to tell him, he said he would bring it back. After another 20 minutes passed, we called the store, and conveniently someone was able to bring the ranch within ten minutes. Food was ice cold upon initial arrival and untouchable by the time the sauce arrived. Food used to be excellent, but drivers have gone extremely downhill, and in the last four times we’ve ordered, drinks or sauce has been forgotten and had to be dropped off after. Extremely disappointing, and a waste of money these days.

I just moved to town 4 months ago. Now when I say I have had pizza and burgers from all around the world I mean I have eaten othentic NY style pizza in Brooklyn and had burgers in Hamburg Germany amongst other places i had been all across this country eaten food and this is most definitely in the the top 3 best places I have eaten.

Ordered beef nachos and my nachos had no beef on them. I called back when I got home and noticed but no one answered the phone. I’m really hoping I didn’t get charged for the beef, and if I did perhaps I can get a credit or something for next time. I don’t want to give them a bad score on the review because the workers are very nice and their food is tasty. I just wanted the order to be correct. Will try calling again tomorrow to see what the owner says.
Update: I talked to the owner and received an appropriate compensation for the mistake. I’m very happy with the great service/friendly staff, prompt willingness to fix the issue upon request, and as always great tasting food. Highly recommend.

The delivery person was polite and fast. However, there was a mistake on the pizza, and they promptly delivered a good one. Our hand had obviously been in the pizza looking for the missing onions, except for a few pieces which we offered to a new neighbor, she has cancer and we were trying to be nice. Well. They demanded this pizza which they said would be thrown out. I showed them the mistake they made, so they know it was not a scam . I even was going to retire the delivery. The owner said no, they have been scammed too many times, although the mistake was verified. I said it would affect the rating. She said, OK, we will no longer deliver ANY pizza to this building (8 apartments) ever. But, that we could still buy them. Bad way to treat a good customer that has tipped well and spoke well and recommended to others over some trash, such a waste. I will be looking for another pizza delivery restaurant, too entitled and unkind, willing to waste food when someone in need could have enjoyed it.

Being from NYC you tend to have high standards for pizza. Let’s start by saying they need to upgrade their phone system because it took them 3 times to get my order right. The pizza was bland and the mozzarella sticks had a fishy taste and were to hard to bite into. The great thing was the person who delivered it, had a credit card machine on them and was super sweet. The pizza sauce was watery and the cheese was a gooey texture.

Online order with no indication of when the food would be ready. $12.95 for a hot open turkey dinner that was some white bread and heated deli turkey with some gravy, coleslaw, onion rings, and a roll. The coleslaw was warm and something in it was expired. The onion rings tasted and smelled like seafood. The taco salad had raw onions and peppers. Everything was cold by the time we made the ten min drive home. Would not recommend.
