Food was very bad. Hardly any cheese or sauce on pizza or ICB. Puffs were squashed. Very sad to me. The food used to be good now you just have to hope that maybe it will be ok.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Little Caesars location. I ordered a Crazy Stuffed Crust pizza, but was given a regular stuffed crust instead. On top of that, they completely forgot the tomato sauce that comes with the Crazy Puffs/bite sticks. When you’re paying for specific items, you expect to actually receive what you ordered.
What made the situation worse was what I witnessed while waiting. One of the employees, still in uniform, walked out to a red Scion parked in front of the building, left the car door open, and began smoking marijuana in plain view of customers. This was happening right outside the entrance. My wife is pregnant, and we were concerned about being exposed to secondhand smoke right in front of the store.
Regardless of personal opinions, this was extremely unprofessional behavior — especially while wearing a company uniform and on what appeared to be company time. It reflects very poorly on the management of this location.
Between the incorrect order, missing items, and the lack of professionalism, this experience was unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

I came in after a long day at work, not wanting to cook, and Iyla (I’m not sure how to spell her name. It is pronounced like eye-la) helped me so much and they provided a hot meal for my family. Iyla’s customer service was exceptional and the best i’ve received at this location. I was honestly dreading coming after work because I have not had the best experiences in the past, but when I came in, she greeted me with a smile, told me what they had hot and ready, and then asked what I would like. I apologized for being indecisive and she was compassionate and sweet, telling me to not worry about a thing. Exactly what I needed. This was a few weeks ago and I apologize it took me so long to write this review, but she was wonderful!

I ordered the pizza puffs, 3 boxes..they were so greasy and all but 1 wasn’t flat. The crazy bread topping was lacking. And the cheese bread was dry and not flavorful. I’ve order these things before with only some of the same issues. The cashier who gave me my food wasn’t very pleasant and didn’t seemed concerned when I told her about them being flat and all the grease leaking on the floor and the counter. I’d pick anywhere but here for pizza.

I ordered a pizza for carry out. I got there a few minutes early so I was waiting in the lobby. There was a young girl that was mopping and picking up the big black rug on the floor. She was wearing blue gloves, picking up trash cans, and the trash all while wearing these blue gloves. That same girl asked me if I was picking up. I said yes give her my name. She then went right into the kitchen in my eyesight, grabbed my pizza from the oven put it in the box. Use the same blue gloves to touch handle move the pizza into the box then grabbed the utensils to cut the pizza and the garlic sauce bottle and then she walked over and handed it to me. I looked at her and I said I just watched you pick up that dirty rug from the ground and I watched you mop and I watched you pick up garbage with your gloves and then you went in the back while I watched you in my eyesight and picked up the pizza and then You cut the pizza after squeezing garlic sauce on it and hand handed it to me. She was like oh I’m sorry I forgot to change my gloves and I said can you please remake that and she made it but I didn’t see what they did with the other pizza. I don’t know if they tried to give me the same one, but that place is disgusting.

Ordered my kids lunch, 2pizzas and breadsticks. Received my food, pizzas were clearly from yesterday. Very rubbery, not even hot. They opened an hour before I received my food. They won’t answer the phone to fix this, and door dash is only willing to give me a 15% refund. My kids won’t even eat this. We order from little Caesars all the time, from a different location of course. They should shut the place down. Zero customer service skills, and serving day old pizza!

I’m from Detroit, I have grown-up loving little ceasers pizza. I can’t explain how hard it is for me to not like my local little ceasers. They either burn or under cook everytime I order. The pictures are from my last 4 visits, 3 are burned, and yesterday’s was undercooked to the point of the dough being raw. I have talked to a few managers and corporate with nothing changing.

My husband and I went it and placed our order. We showed them a picture of the Old world pepperoni pizza THEY advertise, and asked to get it made exactly like that. We even paid extra for EXTRA pepperoni… And this…. This…. This half baked, poorly thrown together sorry excuse for a pizza is what we received. We would have gone back in to complain, but the kid working locked the doors 30 minutes before closing. Not that that would have mattered because the person that made our pizza was an extremely fowl tempered Manager. So it only would have fallen on deaf ears.
The worst part of all of it… She even came over to the nice lady that took our order to help her put in the custom order for our pizza. So she heard first hand the EXTRA request… And still this is what we received. We will never ever be back to this location & the management working tonight should be fired immediately!

Just order two pizza and two crazy breads, the pizzas were old and they topped it with double lay of cheese and pep just to make it seem fresh! The crazy bread tasted off and one bag was even under cooked!
