I ordered a small butter noodle. First it came out with not much noodles at all and then when I tasted them I’m pretty sure there was no butter on them, just plain noodles with some seasoning. When I asked about it they gave me the same noodles back but this time it looked more like it was butter soup with some noodles. So disappointing.

I’ve ordered here a few times and it’s always been an online order and the food has always been great. Today I ordered in person and Jordan took my order. I have a gluten allergy and have to eat gluten free options. He helped me with what was gluten free and made sure with the cooks that it would be safe. It was one of the first times where I ordered somewhere and it really felt like they cared that my food would be safe. He made sure I put my rewards in and it was just a great experience overall. The food was also great as always!

Never really tried noodles and co before, but it’s absolutely delicious. Don’t really get people complaining about value for money in a 2025 when McDonald’s 10pc nugget meal costs almost $10.
If anything an entree with extra protein for $16 is surprisingly large. And you’re getting an actual piece of meat instead of processed slurry.

We come once a week just to have the mac and cheese and see Christa! She has always made mine and my daughter’s lunch dates so special with her hospitality and her positive and sweet spirit! She is a hard worker and makes that place enjoyable to come to each week!

Would rate as negative if I could. Stopped in on Sunday afternoon around 4:00pm to pick an early dinner, 1 other couple eating in a booth. First time dining here (and definitely the last) young lady talking our order acting like we were putting her out,sighing, rolling her eyes. Finally got our order after 15 minutes (we were the only people ordering)got home and had the worst meal I’ve had in years. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. If i owned this restaurant would be ashamed to admit it. BEWARE!!!!!!@

I love Noodles and company and I think their food is great but… The last time I ate there, was 8-18-23, my friend and I just wanted a quick bite to eat so we had takeout. The noodles were very under cooked and very hard you could barley bite them. Not only this but I have visited here before and got treated absolutely terrible. The employees are very rude towards you and do not communicate well. As well as they barley even put any noodles in the bowl they give you mind you I get buttered noodles in a regular bowl so I’m paying for more noodles, but it is not worth it because they don’t fill the bowl up. I get that the service industry is high in demand looking for people working and stuff. About a month ago I waited with a friend for more than an hour for food at 7 pm at night!! And when we asked about it they said it was just sitting at the counter and it was cold when we got it. All they said was that they were sorry which is fine but I received cold food… Anyways if you want to go here I would definitely recommend going somewhere else that is worth your money and time.

I was second in line when I arrived. After taking the order from the person before me I was told that it would be 5 MINUTES before she could take my order. Not get my food 5 minutes before she would even listen to what I wanted. Needless to say we left
