I was at work talking to a lady that works at Dairy Queen & we were talking about DQ’s ice cream. She stated that DQ has a new flavors of dipped ice cream she named cookies & cream & cherry. I couldn’t wait to get off work & try the cherry dipped cone. Got off work stopped by DQ ordered the small cherry dipped ice cream cone after I placed my order my total was $4 dollars & some change I asked the lady is that the price for a small ice cream cone she said yes. I went on to the drive-thru window paid for the ice cream cone she handed me the cone it looked tasty I start eating my ice cream cone & that cherry flavor was bitter & didn’t taste nothing like cherries I was so disappointed I threw the cone out the window. I will try the other dipped flavors they have it won’t be the cherry.

Unfortunately, none of the employees speak English well enough to understand your order. You’ll repeat yourself over and over in the drive through.
All three of our relatively basic blizzard orders were incorrect even after this.

The person working drive through was not helpful at all. It wad advertised that the cherry dip would be going away, so i was curious if they still had their butterscotch, and cotton candy dips. The only two displayed on the menu was choclate and a new flavor dulche. I was explained they still had cherrry. I requested a dipped cone in a dish. And they said they could not accomidate. So i ordered a caramel sundae 3 out of 10 instead and tried their new multi cookie blizzard 1 out if 10. They did not tip over the blizzard as every commercial ever shows. And for good reason they were more like milkshakes than blizzard treats. I also tried their. New blueberry icee and it was a 9 out of 10. And the store was new and clean, only reason i didnt give an overall 1 star.

Went at lunch today, stood at counter for several minutes, no one acknowledged me, cook could see me standing there. No one else ordering in lobby and no more than 3 cars in drive through. Someone’s order was ready under heat lamps but they weren’t getting it quickly.
Went next door to Wendy’s, ordered and had food in under 2 minutes.
Customer service not a priority at DQ.

We have tried and tried ti give this location a chance. Just can’t anymore. They can’t get a blizzard right – ever!! Not a huge deal, but as a special treat every once in a while it’s discouraging to continually get completely wrong order.

The indoor service was professional and courteous. While the dining area free of trash the store it self could use thorough clean. Dirt, food smudges, and grime can be seen on every surface.

My dad and I have ate at this DQ like 3 weeks in a row because I’m in the process of moving out of one apartment into another, and it’s right by my storage unit. The $7 meal deal is unbeatable, and I’m saving DQ points now. I don’t even know what for, but I’m excited about how many I have, haha. Good place. Good kids working there, for sure.

Was ok. Cashier wasn’t really a greeting customer but more like “can I help you?” Mild tone like he’s just asking because you like “just standing there” waiting for some one take your order. Order the food, it can hot. Only issue, order taker could be more willing aware for customers not acting like we’re bothering them.

Monday evening August 11th 2025, my wife picked up food here at the counter. The lady working the cash register tore the bottom half of the receipt off with the rewards and kept it for herself. My wife brought me the receipt and said here load up the points. I said they are missing from the receipt, you could see where it was torn off. To this my wife replied, “I thought it was weird when she (cashier) tore the receipt in half and pocketed the other half.

Customer service and frozen treats were delicious. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it smelled inside. Like old frying grease.
