Recently me and my husband ordered veg pizza , guess what we got with pork and pepperoni! After my work i got free! in dinner time my dinner got spoiled! My husband went to other place like taco bell ! I called and informed that we got these and gave credit for that food ! Matter is not money i know every one gets mistake but anyways not acceptable…. Not recommended from my 1st experience !

The manager is very rude, disrespectful (curses) to customers. Cancelled our order, didn’t tell us , we waited for food to arrive and it never came. When we called we were placed on hold and told DoorDash messed up order. They told us to call DoorDash when we placed order through Pizza Hut app. When we complained she cursed and threatened us. Very disappointed, never going back and strongly suggest others to avoid this place. They don’t value or respect customers. WORST experience ever.

We had a really bad experience with our pizza. We requested a stuff crust pizza with grilled chicken. The ratio from pizza to crust was off, there was more crust than normal. Additionally, there was 2 pieces of grilled chicken per slice. We paid $22.18 for a skimpy pizza. Will not order from here again and if all pizza’s are prepared the same as mines; I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I’m leaving 5 stars for Brenda. I had 2 digits switched around on my delivery order by accident. Long story short, my food never got delivered and it wasn’t returned to Pizza Hut. So pretty much, it stayed with the driver and you know the rest. I called Pizza Hut and Brenda fixed my problem. She was very professional. She made me another order, and paid out of her own pocket to have my food delivered.

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. While waiting for my order, I overheard an employee make an inappropriate comment about an African American customer, calling him a “jackass” and saying he “couldn’t even see him.” The remarks were vulgar, unprofessional, and came across as blatantly racist.
I was so put off that I decided to leave and get dinner for my family somewhere else. I asked another employee what was going on and was told the person’s name is Matt. Based on what I witnessed, Matt showed a serious lack of customer service and professionalism.
I’m requesting a follow-up to confirm that this issue has been acknowledged and addressed.

Slow I had to cancel my online order after I waited in store for an hour. The app said pizza was done and when I arrived they said they haven’t even made the pizzas yet and I was in line.

Man…. What a bad experience. Ordered pickup at 7PM online, said it would be ready at 7:30PM. I arrived at 7:30 to be told that they were way behind on orders and I should come back in 15 minutes. I did so and was told that they were still way behind. At 8:20, I was finally given my order. The lobby was packed with people waiting and no explanation was given to the problem. Zero crowd control or enforcing social distancing.
Two people had been waiting for their order for over an hour – two pizzas, nothing fancy. No apologies to anyone, nothing. Half of the employees had their COVID masks on below their noses as well, which really drove home the “Not caring at all” attitude here.
Once I got my order home – one of my pizzas was burnt and only half cut, and I was missing an order of bread sticks.
I’ll likely never order from here again, and recommend that you avoid it too.

Tried the Tuesday personal pan pizza and kids loved it. Ordered online and picked up when it said it would be done. Worker inside was nice and gave me my order as soon as it came out even though it was busy. My kids want to get the personal pan pizza again and would come back in the future.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza and cheese sticks for dinner. When I arrived on time the pizza was ready for me which was great. I was greeted by a friendly female employee who made sure I had sauce and plates as I was taking it back to my daughter’s new apartment nearby. Got to the apartment and it was still hot like it just came out of the oven. This is the second order in a month that we’ve placed from this location and so far so good. Will definitely keep coming back.
