I had the pleasure of being helped by Cole, the manager at Moe’s Southwest Grill in Stockbridge, GA, and I can honestly say he was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, Cole’s positive energy and professionalism stood out. He greeted everyone with a warm smile and made sure the service was fast, friendly, and accurate.
What really impressed me was how hands-on he was—helping staff, checking on customers, and even stepping behind the counter to keep things running smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience and takes pride in his role.
Cole went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and that kind of leadership deserves recognition. If every location had a manager like him, dining out would always be a five-star experience!

STAY AWAY! Save your time and money, if I could give zero stars I would. Placed a online order at 5:58pm, picked the order up only to get home and realized they messed up the order. Called the store to see if my order could be remade, the entire time I’m trying to explain what’s wrong the worker just keeps asking me what protein is missing over and over again. Which was a waste of five minutes. Go all the way back to store only to be inconvenienced more. They don’t do refunds and I had to wait another hour for my food to be remade. Amateur hour is what Moe’s represented tonight never again. My guacamole was old, didn’t even eat it just scooped it in the trash and steak not cooked all the way.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.! Unfortunately as we were about to order my daughter (5) pointed out that there was a bug. I assumed she saw possibly a fly so I asked her where? She then pointed it out and the steam table, to my horror is was a baby roach crawling right on the steam table around the food I was highly disgusted and disappointed as I’ve eaten here on quite a few occasions. We were excited to find here. As soon as my daughter pointed it out we turned to leave, she not understanding what was happening asked Why mommy. I explained to her how unsanitary and nasty it is to have any bugs on or near food and how it’s even worse bc it was a roach. I advised the staff of the baby roach upon leaving, they were very unfazed by hearing and me pointing it out. Which was highly disappointing as well came across as if it was known and normal which was also ALARMING! One baby roach means there are definitely More!

We’ve stopped eating at Moe’s as much lately because many locations feel dirty and poorly managed. This location was a pleasant surprise today–dining area is clean, employees are friendly, and food is good.

This is the BEST Moe’s I’ve ever been too! I love the food so eat here whenever I can and am near one as there isn’t a Moe’s location in my hometown. This specific location has the absolute BEST customer service! The food is always fresh and delicious here. My expierence this time here has been so amazing that I’ve chosen to leave this review. I’m not quite sure why this location doesn’t have more stars, but that should change as of now. If you haven’t eaten here in a while I highly suggest giving it another try now the current employees are worth the visit! These guys working are beyond kind and understanding even asked how I was during my meal and assisted me with a forgotten (on my behalf) item. Overall I am very pleased with the service & food and will be tipping more to these hardworking employees for going above and beyond.

During my late lunch visit I would say that Moe’s was very clean, and the food was what you would expect. The staff were pleasant, polite, and moved quickly.
The parking was a bit tight because a neighboring restaurant has a drive through, and there’s not enough room to drive around those in line at Drive through.

Mann oh man moes saved my life today. On my way here i nearly crashed my car due to starvation. But thankfully kole, ronald, tyrique, and ellis stepped in with amazing customer services and crafted my burrito beautifully. Now i am highly satisfied and safe from all future crashes!!! Thank you moes crew for the amazing experience!
