I went in after leaving the gym for a meal replacement shake. They didn’t have the first flavor that I wanted, so I ordered my second choice. The girl working the counter told me they were out of the normal cups and had no lids. I just assumed the cup size would be the same, just a different style, so I told her to go ahead with my order.. I could live without a lid. The shake I was given was in a small solo cup, nowhere near the size of the usual shakes I get. I then am asked to pay full price, which I do without argument. I am then told she doesn’t have the correct change so she’ll just have to owe me…. after I tipped her! This experience just blew my mind! I can’t believe the owners see this as an acceptable way to treat continous customers.
