I am new to the area and I have never had 7Brews before. Well this morning I thought I’m gonna stop and treat myself for once. Oh I am so glad I did. The gentlemen, taking orders was so kind and helpful. I had told him that I was new to the area and had never had 7Brews before and I told him flavors that I usually get when I get coffee and ask if he could surprise me. I don’t remember what he said he ordered but it tasted amazing. I tell you it hit the spot. I 10 out of 10 recommend and I will be going back. I just wish I knew the name of the coffee that I got. 7Brews, y’all rock!!!

drove through this 7brew the other day and had the best experience! a girl helped us when we pulled up to the window, i believe her name was Emma, she was so sweet and accommodating. we were in and out of the line in no time, received AMAZING service and our orders were so good! (they also had some great music playing too) i would highly recommend going here!!

I always have a great experience at 7 Brew in Boone! The staff is always excited to help, and having a great time doing it. The energy is infectious! Rowen took my order this morning and was super sweet, just how I like my coffee!! Great place in Boone to just drive thru real quick for a coffee on the go!

Respectfully, there is a very obvious difference between the chillers and the freeze. Apparently this location doesn’t know their menu/drinks. Also I don’t have a name, but the guy working there is incredibly rude.

I sat waiting for over an hour, and it was so cold that I left shivering from the long wait.
I was exhausted waiting my turn, and in the end, they came after me and served me first, as if I wasn’t even there.
It was incredibly rude, and you need to replace the staff and increase the efficiency. Customers don’t come to suffer; they come to be comfortable and respected.
What happened today left me feeling frustrated because of the delay. They took an hour to bring my order for a juice, can you imagine? And the attitude was hurtful and discouraging.
Respect costs nothing, but its absence changes everything.
I sincerely hope you reconsider your customer service approach because today’s experience was truly awful.
Sometimes they’re rude and disrespectful, and the staff should be replaced. Sometimes they’re rude, and sometimes they’re arrogant and conceited.
I didn’t want to leave the place where I was supposed to be resting, especially since I was sick and upset.
With all due respect, what happened at the café today really upset me.
I arrived early, waited like everyone else, and in the end, I saw the person who came after me being served before me, as if I wasn’t even there.
It’s not about ordering or coffee; it’s about feeling neglected.
