A cebiche bar is a gastronomic experience in which the cook prepares different ceviche in front of the diners using fresh products while sharing information and part of the process.
Pisco is a Peruvian drink with a designation of origin, the drink is obtain from the grape brandy obtained from the distillation of the fermentation of grape must.

This place is amazing. Went with a group of 5 with reservation. Server explained everything. We ordered about 5 different plates to share at the table and I got a vegan off menu ceviche that was amazing. The different sauces were great. The fish was fresh and flavors were outstanding. The cocktails were delicious and refreshing. The salted roasted inca ncorn was an amazing snack. For the birthday at the table they brought a flan like pie slice that tasted like a tart cheesecake mixed with flan (on the house with a free Polaroid pic of our group). We sat in the outdoor greenhouse area that has fans and A/C. The atmosphere is great. Located downtown so not parking lot really. There’s a small gravel lot that holds maybe 4 cars the rest is street parking or a pay lot down the street. Definitely worth the price and will be back again

Since relocating to San Antonio, we’ve been searching for the restaurant. We found it at Leche de Tigre Cebicheria Peruana.
The food is bold and bright without ever feeling overwhelming, familiar enough to feel comfortable, yet exciting enough to make every bite a genuine discovery. The kind of place that makes exploring a new cuisine feel effortless.
The atmosphere matches the food perfectly. Lush greenery, tasteful music at a volume where you can actually hold a conversation, and a warmth that makes you want to linger. Service was attentive and pleasant throughout.
If you’re in San Antonio and want something special, get yourself to Leche de Tigre. It’s raised the bar considerably for us.

Anniversary date in the greenhouse out back and it could not have been better. Wife has explored her palate since we started dating but this is her first experience with Peruvian and I don’t believe the bar will ever be satisfied to the standard that has been set by Leche De Tigre. Service was welcoming and supportive, not oversold in any direction but informed, confirmed and course adjusted when we had any menu navigation inquiries. We ordered 6 dishes, probably more than necessary but we were beyond satisfied. Each bite was a perfect marriage of the ingredients presented. Portions were perfect and the cooks on everything was spot on. The drinks as well were very balanced and refreshing. I am very appreciative of my experience and for one of our first date nights with no kids in about a year, I need to say, Thank you Leche de Tigre

Seating + Space: A fantastic al fresco experience. Leche de Tigre’s outdoor patio transports you to a different place. The music is loud, but mellow (lots of Toro y Moi, Tame Impala, Khruangbin…you know the vibes). The staff is focused and pleasant; sometimes hard to hear over “Ordinary Pleasure,” so lean in a bit.
The food? Phenomenal. Absolutely divine. Get the escabeche, the wagyu skewer, the fennel salad, and honestly, anything else. For dessert: get the crema volteada. The texture is a mix of flan, panna cotta, and cheesecake.
Excited for all who will try this place.

We tried to many dishes and they were all wonderful. Red snapper and chicken/waygu skewers were wonderful. The waitress was very knowledgeable and had a wonderful personality. One of the best experiences eating out we’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and get the brownie for desert.

Absolutely amazing experience! From the ambiance, service, and the food!! Went in to celebrate an intimate early birthday dinner with my fiancée and we were greeted and treated so kindly by Anna from start to finish.
I will never get over the food. We ordered the oysters with their signature sauce, Nikkei Cebiche, Lomo Saltado, and a few drinks off their menu. The absolute most fresh ingredients with pure love and craft poured into every item. Couldn’t decide which one was the best!! We will definitely be back, and will have to try more of their menu. This place is absolutely worth the hype and the price!

Felt like I was in Austin, went with a group of 4. Rsvp went smoothly and service was friendly and quick for a thursday night. Our waitress Alexa was very knowledgeable and took care of us. We ordered a ton of food and had a great time. Drinks and food were on point. If you don’t like seafood try this place. If you love seafood try this place. Peruvian dishes were phenomenal, food was very rich woth deep flavors of citrus, butter, and tart. Don’t remember exactly what we got but show the waiters the pictures they will know! Spent around $90 per person.

Another first time try. Highly recommend making dinner reservations. Very busy. Service was great. I had the Tallarin/Fried Chicken thighs, vegetables, crema de ajíes. It was fabulous! The flavor just drips with each bite. Chicken was perfectly fried and crispy. The sauce had a very soft spiciness to it that was fantastic.

Food was super interesting and everything tasted delicious. We enjoyed the scallops, fried chicken with noodles and octopus on skewers. Drinks were strong and they have wine from Serbia, perfect pairing for all the dishes. I really enjoyed the fennel salad.

12/10 Experience! From the moment we walked in the service was impeccable. The staff were all friendly and our server Sean (sorry if I misspelled lol) was knowledgeable and very personable. The drinks were all wonderful, with fresh takes on some classics as well as some we hadn’t seen before and still loved. Now the food…..not only was every plate that came out gorgeous, but the seafood was so fresh and clean. The pork belly was cooked perfectly as well. Every Leche sauce was seasoned and matched with the other ingredients perfectly. Complex flavors that were easy to love. One of the best over all restaurants I have been to (Michelin recommended included) in my life. Huge thank you to the whole team here and I’m already planning a trip back to SA just to eat here again!
