I called ahead of time to place an order some lady answers in spanish i tell her english please cause i was having a hard time understanding her so she takes my order says about 15-20min I go in there and no one knows anything about the order I placed they all look at each other smiling thinking its funny I got kids waiting and places to be so its the fact that the person that answered didnt take initiative and responsibility that she messed up instead just smiles and walks away. Received the wrong pizza and tried to call to let them know. Had to repeat myself to two different individuals for a total of four times on what my issue was. I was then told that “I know we gave you the right pizza because I was the one that did the order.” No resolution was offered, only being told I was wrong and my pizza was correct multiple times.
I’ve added pictures to show the manager that despite her rude insistence, this is indeed not what I ordered. As you can see, I ordered a pretzel crust pizza, and as you can also see, the pizza is a standard crust pizza. Mistakes happen, I get it, but to be told that I’m wrong multiple times (when I’m clearly not), what kind of customer service is that?

Very poor service. I called to place an order and asked if there was someone who spoke Spanish so I could communicate better, and what they did was hang up on me.

Ordered pizzas that had to be prepared, so my kids and I waited. No big deal. After pizzas were done, employee grabbed container of wings from hot and ready area, squirted some parmesan sauce on them (not even enough to cover them). I asked employee why did he not make fresh wings along with the pizzas, he stated they are hot and ready. I looked at wings, they were dried up and not hot. He said “IF you want fresh ones, it will be 5 minutes so you have to wait longer.” I asked why would he not make them at same time as pizzas. He said “Because I just made those an hour ago.”
