We had the best experience with a pick up order from Panera. We picked up our order and got home when we realized we were missing a sand which. I called and the store and the person who I talked to (I believe the manager) was apologetic and comped our entire meal. They also gave us a free meal coupon. It was disappointing to come back home before realizing, but they truly made the experience amazing and made up for the simple mistake!

The service was quick and food was good. However, while I was in the dining area, the manager on duty could be heard arguing with an employee. He was yelling at her very loudly. It was awkward for everyone in the restaurant, including the other employees. He cursed her out several times. He was extremely unprofessional.

This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes great sometimes not so great. Staff is somewhat pretentious especially management. Usually the food is pretty good but today my salad was half wilted/brown and a couple of the fruit pieces as well. My apple side was soft and mushy. Food is expensive so next time I will be taking it back. Parking in the front is terrible and not parking in the back just to grab my sip club drink.
