There was only two people working so I understand you may have been stressed. I ordered a whopper combo, but there was not an option on the computer to add extra pickle so I asked the person behind the counter to add extra pickle instead of adding extra pickle you got upset and told me there was only two people working then when I got my sandwich, you can see what he did intentionally below. I was not being rude. I was simply trying to tell the person there was no way for me to add extra pickles in my whopper. It was supposed to be regular whopper with extra pickles instead I got a plain hamburger with onion rings. If you hate your job find a new one.

Remodel is nice, open design and very clean. Food was hot and about what you’d expect from BK, no complaints. They were out of fries though which was a little odd.
Service was a little slow but they seem understaffed like a lot of places are nowadays, hard to blame them for that. They have a nice big parking lot now but no way they could handle that many customers with their current staff count.
I would come again.

First, it took a bit for someone to answer in the drive through. Second, I ordered an original chicken sandwich with extra cheese. I paid for it and was asked to pull ahead along the curb. After a wait, a young man brought the bag. I left, when I arrived home there was a Texas Dbl Wopper and a large fry. Total not what I ordered. This Burger King has ordering problems and cold food often. As slow as they are there should NEVER be food or service problems. Brand new building that is sadly failing. I live on the south side. We need successful businesses.

It’s a nice new look with the same crap show inside. Waited several minutes to be acknowledged at the drive thru. Placed my order and paid. Advised at pickup they were out of the $4.09 pickle fries I ordered so they replaced with a medium fry. Soda was flat, food was cold, and the “whopper” wasn’t so whopping.

We are seniors. Kiosk was very confusing. Another customer ca me to help us. When we finally got our food it was cold and tasteless. We will never go to a place with a Kiosk again. I’d rather go home and eat.

1 I hate having to use those self checkouts.
2 Why on earth do they need 6 taps for coca cola and 0 for melo yellow.
3 we got the spongebob meal bundles and they forgot the pies that go with them.
Do not recomend I will never set foot in a burger king ever again.

We stopped by because the outdoor play area looked really nice and inviting. We ordered at the kiosk which was great and user friendly. We waited about 15/20 minutes for our food only to be told they had no fries. Odd thing was the order before ours and after ours had fries. We ended up with greasy undercooked onion rings that we couldn’t even eat. The employees seemed genuinely miserable and annoyed. They were talking about their employer and customers out loud where they could be heard and seen by other customers. The play area was great, but they need to boost their employee moral and order some fries. We won’t be back.
