The food & service were ok. Nothing really to report there. But the place was dirty & a mess.
The floor had that slippery sheen of 2 day old grease. Not just in one place, but throughout the ‘establishment’. We were greeted by not 1, but 3 bugs, during our visit. I added a video of one of them. My son slid down the kids slide a single time, and his feet were covered in some black soot type stuff. And he ran over and did it before i could put socks on him, which i know is a rule. But good thing i didn’t, because doubt whatever the black stuff was would come out in the wash. I added a pic of his feet, standing by one of one of the chicken nuggets strewn about the floor.
And to attempt to sterilize ourselves i attempted to have all of us use the hand sanitizer things. We tried all 3. All empty.
I didn’t use the bathroom. Too afraid.

Disappointed, seems they must have been in a rush. My sandwich, fish, came like this. I tried straighting it out to eat, but because of the tarter sauce it kept sliding, almost dropped it a few times just trying to take a bite.

Absolutely bullshit that I can walk in and it take 20 minutes to get two breakfast sandwiches but five DoorDash can walk in and grab their food in 15 cars can go to the drive-through completely absurd

I like this location, I think the location is very nice and friendly. However, I’m starting to not like this spot after repeatedly getting cold fries and not receiving ANY sauce for anything that is ordered. Even if I pay for extra sauce packets because this location is getting very bad at forgetting to put them in the bag, they still don’t give them to you. Start giving what I’m paying for. It’s getting ridiculous

They forgot my fries so I had to go back through the line! The double cheese & cheese burger were dry & horrible! Like they were Been under the heat lamp all day! My 2nd attempt at getting fries & the bag was 1/2 full & cold & very salty! Had to throw it all away wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs!

I have been to TONS of McDonald’s and I swear the people here are the nicest employees I have ever encountered. I didn’t catch her name but this young blonde girl was going around to each table seeing if anyone needed anything. She was the sweetest and I was blown away by the customer service. This will be our go-to McDonald’s from now on.
