It’s Pizza Hut so it is subjectively very good. But as of recently, this location specifically over the time period of the last 6 months has severely dropped in service quality. The mistakes made are inexcusable. Simply due to nothing than below minimum effort employees. I often order under new Identities because this location will reflect your order based on feedback and reviews. As of most recently, the delivery driver forgot half the order. They were hessitant to accept responsibility, then sent out the rest of the order that should have never been missed. Upon delivering the remaining items, they left no notification. No doorbell was rung or door was knocked. The driver was filmed from multiple clear angles tossing the bag with force. This review is only for potential customers to proceed with caution. If this account was linked to an active pizza hut account I have no doubt my food would be tampered with. Their recent choice in hires within the last 6 months is beyond sad. Worse than McDonald’s at this point.

Service will ruin everything. Waiting for every all missing things one by one and not being able to enjoy your food all together on top of no plates or cups for drinks… We were missing our drinks and when we got it, the waitress forgot the cups. So now we had to remind her and another worker since they were taking too long. Long enough that we ate, and by the time we finished, we still didn’t get our cups. The place seems a little bit run down. They don’t have no fountain drinks. You have to get bottled sodas or water. The servers, one was doing what she could and even after forgetting our things, she took it right and handled it well, while the other waitress had an attitude and didn’t seem like she cared. Place is in a great location by school. With a couple things changed, this spot would bring lots of people. But how it is now it is loosing interest and customers.

Second time ever going here and I only ate one slice the first time. In town for business but it’s the closest to me. My kids asked this time and the flavor not right, pizza, bread sticks, cinnamon sticks all hard. Had an upcharge for one of the pizza was suppose to be pan. Both had the same crust. It’s just not for me. I’ll stick to Dominos while I’m here and drive the extra mile.

Do NOT order delivery. Store offers and says delivery will take 30min. Then you get a message, uber is delivering it so it tacks on another 20-30min. Took over a hour from ordering to arrive. They don’t have drivers to delivery so pickup. This has happened more than once.

I would first like to say that I didn’t want to write this review, but customer service gave me no choice because the problem was never resolved. I gagged when I pulled this out of my mouth. It nearly cracked my tooth. I have no idea what it is. A seed! Maybe. But, it doesn’t crunch—it’s hard as a rock. I ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni, black olives and peppers. What I got was disgusting to say the least. Had pizza hut resolved my issue by giving me a refund, or at least apologizing, this review may not exist. I owe it to other customers to read this. The manager told my husband that we were liars and that they don’t have seeds in their pizza. Well, duh!! No one put this there! I’m sure it was an accident or something happened where this ended u in the sauce (as it was covered by toppings), or something else. It happens all the time bc no restaurant is perfect. All they had to do was issue a refund (I believe it was only around $26, and I would be on my way—definitely not eating a pizza hut pizza for a long time. Unfortunately they told us to call pizza hut corporate, and no one has gotten back to us after weeks. Ridiculous. Do not go near this place. I don’t respect someone who doesn’t own up to a problem and figure out a solution.

First time ordering the new to Texas, Detroit Style Pizza from Pizza Hut and I am stoked. This pizza here… the closest I’ve had that took me back to the D. Taste a lot like Buddy’s Pizza but don’t tell him I said so. Well done Pizza Hut, I will definitely be ordering it again. It is well sized and lovely priced.
I would have given 5 stars BUT the pineapples were hard and unsweetened. I like tender, sweet, and juicy pineapples other than that all the other flavors were on point.
Update: went back again 3 days later yum!! Sooo delicious! I do wish they add more bacon on the orders as it was barely noticeable. I believe I only saw two crumbs.

I’m in shock at the way I was treated this evening. I placed an order to-go over the phone through the call center. I was charged $22.99 for a large, specialty pizza (pre-tax). Today is Pi day so there was a BOGO promotion which shouldn’t effect the price. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by an older man. There is a digital ad above the register which lists large, specialty pizzas as $18.99. I asked the man about the price difference and he said he didn’t know. He interrupted me when I spoke before abruptly walking away. A male, bearded manager came over and reiterated my total. I know the total is $26.51, I just don’t understand how they arrived at the total since the pizza is $18.99. He told me taxes. Tax in Georgetown is 8.25%.
I opened the boxes at the counter and questioned how the pizza was made. It was supposed to be with an olive oil base, not marinara. When I asked him about it, he told me they put oil on the pan to cook it, clearly NOT understanding why the order was wrong. He reached into the box of pizza and took the receipt (contaminating my pizza with his bare hands). I wasn’t getting anywhere so I just paid so I could get the pizza to those who were waiting for it. He asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes. He gave me the credit card receipt. I asked for an itemized receipt and he said he couldn’t print one. I asked about the receipt in his hand and he unfolded it, with a shocked look on his face, as if he didn’t know it was itemized. If you didn’t know, why’d you quickly snatch it out of the box?!
The final straw was jumping through customer service hoops to be connected to the store after I’d left; the same man hung up on me when I asked for his name.

I ordered a carryout pizza through the app, the order was wrong so I asked for it to be fixed. The lady at the register was rude and unprofessional, called the manager I asked if he was going to fix it or if I could just buy another the right way. He took a while and then I heard the ladies (the one from the register and one in the back) making fun of me and my glasses. They were openly laughing and pointing at me and singing a song, it was such a bullying experience and all I wanted was dinner for my kids. So I took my phone out to start recording them but they escaped to the back. The manager then went back to address the issue for a bit then came back and was trying to figure out how to make the order right. I then told him I felt unsafe and just wanted to cancel the order all together as I would not trust those women around food for my children.

Their payment system was down, denied me my order. I offered to pay cash, still denied me my order of pizza. They quite literally decided to throw away the pizza than fulfill the order after a 25 minute wait. Pathetic.
