I ordered with my coworker a few weeks ago and both of our orders were made wrong upon calling the store We spoke with the manager, Brandon ,who assured us We could have our order remade the correct way. I knew I should not have went back, but because Brandon was so nice about it I wasted time and gas on my lunch break to go back and get a remake that was made the exact same way it was before WRONG as I know for a fact a club sub comes with bacon and each time I receive no bacon I would never go back to this location because they can’t follow simple instructions on how you like your sub they make it the way they want to make it . A for effort when it comes to Brandon And his service, but his team needs to learn the menu. They need to pay attention to the tickets or they need to find another job.

Went back to this location to try the salad option. And it was amazing! The salad was so big that i could not finish it. The Italian salad came with grilled chicken. This conveniently located sub shop has a good variety of hot and cold subs. While service was hit or miss before, it has gotten better. Our takeout order was quick and easy.

Learn to read the damn orders ok?! It’s truly disgusting…. The lack of simple intelligence. There is no way you all should be leaving ingredients off a sub that generally comes on there AND NOT adding requested ingredients… you all literally looked at the instructions and said to hell with them and took things OFF and didn’t put things on. Now tell me how freaking hard is it to read and follow directions? Makes someone lose their appetite with the stupidity how the hell do you leave off lettuce and tomatoes on a sandwich that naturally comes with it when nowhere in the instructions that I asked for it to be taken off?! Kane is very knowledgeable about the sandwiches. He made us feel very welcome and helped us choose the best sandwiches for our dinner. He was very polite and considerate. Very tasty subs and very good service. We are very pleased. He is an excellent employee.

I was dumb enough to come back for another round of punishment on my wallet to find out that this sub comes with onion and peppers, they were just left off last time. there won’t be a next time though, I can overlook being robbed without a gun, but not filthy work habits. the attached picture is how my food was handed to me, if this is what my bag looked like I can’t imagine what the counter looks like that my food was made on.
the food was pretty good, but prices and wait were outrageous. I just paid $14 for an 8″ sub with only steak cheese and mayo, and it came with a small drink and brownie. I didn’t remove any toppings, this was how it is on the menu, and took 20 min to get. I was expecting at least a 10″ sub and a large drink, and I’m pretty sure the picture had onions and peppers like a steak n cheese does nearly everywhere else.

I called to get platters for 25 to be made in an hour. Makayla didn’t hesitate to serve us! The food was done quickly, accurately attitude and with a can do attitude! The team members were delighted to have the subs for lunch. The owner helped me out and was quite gracious as well! If you need a large order done fast that taste good and you can count on it to be correct don’t hesitate to give them a call!!

My colleagues and I are visiting for a conference from out of town, we had a large, chaotic, rushed order but Kane and the manager Brandon were the A TEAM!!! They were so patient and kind with me as I scrambled to figure out my order. Also, during the wait time, the manager notified us calmly and professionally about an active shooter at FSU campus nearby. He calmly and quickly sprung into action by notifying all of the customers in the store and locking all the doors. Monitoring each client that entered and left the building. Brandon then notified us when the active shooter was apprehended, easing our nerves. As quickly as they sprung into action, Brandon and his crew got back to their orders to ensure all customers were satisfied with their subs. 20/10 Firehouse sub experience! Thank you for the yummy subs and memories while visiting Tally 🙂
