This place is an absolute safety and health hazard! Went in last night to order a coffee and donut since the line was super long. Upon going the lobby is full, and I see that they have only ONE girl running the entire store. This is so dangerous especially considering the most recent events in this area. She tells me she’ll be with me in a second and continues on. This is the least of my worries.

The main issue is the employee smoking in the store. A minute or so later a young man walks from the back and lets out a big cloud of smoke. Then went to the front to start taking orders. This is completely unprofessional and unsanitary. I’ve already put in a report with the city’s health department, and I’m going to look into if this violates any other food safety laws.

Do better Dunkin!! I don’t remember them being this bad a few years back. Guess I’ll start trying the new one on Orange…

I still don’t know why places like this don’t have two lines, one for the pretentious drinks that people want and one for those who just want donuts. The line would move much more efficiently to separate. I had to walk out due to having to wait for 9 people to get their specialty drinks. Maybe it’s me.

I went thru the drive thru yesterday for 6 donuts. There were 5 filled and one glazed. Out of the 5 filled there was only a thimble of filling in the total 5 donuts. Very disappointed. When I want donuts again they will not be Dunkin…..

Every single Saturday when I go in this one guy takes my order and it’s like he doesn’t care what you order he gives you what he wants to give you. My ice coffees are ALWAYS messed up with him. I order a large ice coffee with caramel, mocha, Splenda and cream and I have recieved peppermint coffee before. Today, I ordered a sandwich and I said NO EGG because I am allergic, came home and there sure enough is egg on it. People order things a certain way for a reason. So glad I checked my sandwich cause I would have been extremely sick.

Went to get some donuts on a Saturday at 4 PM, and they said they were busy and didn’t have any donuts left and will not be making more. What a disappointment! I guess we will have to go to Krispy Kreme! So we left spending nothing!

Much like most dunkin donuts, it’s incredibly hot or miss. You’ll never have the same drink twice. I write this now as I have been waiting for the person on the intercom to respond so I can order my drink with absolutely no one in line. 10 minutes now

Thursday Sept, 4,2025 5:00 PM. When a swing manager shows attitude no matter the situation this is uncalled for, My check card was jerked out of my hand and I was talked to like a child in school needing parental guidance. I used to visit this Location everyday to get good coffee sometimes a donut or two, $5.00 to $10.00 a day. Not anymore. The speaker in the drive thru is like a walkie talkie speaker. With Traffic From Hardy road along with Clearview dr its hard to understand what your being asked. This same Manager would try to up sell a drink that had a very long name, (about 5 words in it) that you couldn’t understand. Keep in mind when someone makes the decision to go to a DONUT STORE THEY PRETTY MUCH KNOW WHAT THEY WANT. To avoid listening to the up sale I drove past the speaker with nobody else in line, pulled up to the window and this Female Manager that was on duty opened the door clearly agitated and said to me YOU KNOW OUR SPEAKER WORKS. Well I was willing to let that go, But when she Jerked my card out of my hand that was it. I bite my tongue and I politely asked to refund the amount of my purchase back to my card and I asked for a Manager, she told me she was the manager. The video from my Car camera is going on Youtube. I’m not trying to stop anyone from shopping hear but just remember this the donuts are shipped in on a truck that’s why there never Fresh anymore. There made in a factory. I was not happy with the service on this day and will not be back.

Stale donuts also got them filled and there was little filling. The donuts tasted dayssss old!!! This was my 2nd try at this location.. dont think I will be giving it a 3rd….

Franchise Owner still hasn’t responded to my refund! I get a simple drink, a frozen coffee with caramel syrup, and the last few times have been horrible. I got the wrong syrup one time. One time, there were still big chunks of ice, and the syrup was at the bottom/not blended in. But this last time I took it back because my drink was bad, my donuts tasted old/stale, and my bacon was fully cooked. And my drink was blended and didn’t have the syrup. When I went to return for a refund, I was told by a young girl that they couldn’t do refunds and to go through the app. I DID, and they said the Franchise owner would reach back out, but they still haven’t. It’s been 3 weeks still haven’t gotten a response/follow up or refund! Only saving grace is that the morning crew are really nice!
