I’ve seen it myself—and it even happened to us. If the waitress makes a mistake, she immediately jumps in to fix it and offers a solution right away. Their Chinese food is made fresh from scratch with no frozen or processed ingredients, and these hardworking couples prepare it in a way that’s 100% authentic and done their way. That dedication makes it the strongest in the market , and it will stay that way until someone tries to copy their recipes! Congratulations.…. I heard you guys would be opening a new location. While the food was pretty good! The service was terrible – servers are overwhelmed and you can tell. For the high prices they have and the very low food costs that are Chinese fares you can afford to get more servers; a host will probably be a great way to start to fix the terrible customer service. The prices are really high 85 dollars for Chinese food for two with sodas it’s way too much money when they are far better Chinese restaurants in the area and honestly with such terrible service gratuity should not be included ! That it’s just unfair no wonder why servers make no effort to give decent customer service. As of right now you are better off ordering take out they have better specials for take out and you won’t have to suffer the lack of customer service!

We visited this restaurant yesterday and had a very disappointing experience. All the tables were full and there were even more people waiting, but there was no host or anyone organizing customers in order of arrival. When we asked what to do, the cashier simply told us to order takeout because there were no tables available.
Two tables opened up, and while we waited for someone to clean them, new customers who had just walked in skipped the line and sat down without anyone managing the situation. We left immediately.
The staff is not trained or organized, and the customer service is terrible. Definitely not coming back.

The food was very delicious and good amount of food quantity, my family and I don’t know why the reviews here say costumer service is poor, They were very kind and welcoming to us as our first time at the restaurant. Totally recommend coming here if you are looking for very delicious Chinese food.
