Ive never had a problem with the food here, but the customer service is atrocious. I can’t speak for the morning staff, but anything after 4pm is bad. Very rude and unfriendly. I understand everyone has bad days, but this has been my experience multiple times. I will not be going back to this location again.

My husband and I visited this Bojangles and there was a wait because there not any chicken already prepared. When we informed the CHILD at the window that we would indeed wait for what we ordered and paid for (after asking her to speak up multiple times), her and one of her coworkers caught attitudes but let us know it would be 15 minutes. 20 minutes came and went and we never received our food they were supposed to bring out to us. We finally go inside and the lady asks if we’re waiting for chicken! We say YES and she says it’ll be 5 more minutes! While we are waiting even longer now, we observe the workers literally eating the food they are supposed to be making for customers. Eating food on the line so it’s clear why none was prepared. Another group of young workers were huddled in a circle talking and giggling and ignoring us trying to wave them down for sauces. This Bojangles is full of young girls/boys who are not working and come to work for social time and play. 0/10, would not recommend. Won’t be back.

Food was great and fresh! The manager on duty was awesome! She was in charge, training a new employee, polite, all while still working the front in order pick up. Amazing customer service. And she did it all with a smile. Thanks for a great morning experience!

The staff is fine, very polite. The food was the worst Bo Jangles I’ve ever had. Order a BLT chicken sandwich, the chicken was burnt and so think it was like chewing on jerky. They were out of lettuce which they informed me on, but left out the bacon also. I don’t pay extra so you can slap a tomato on top and send it off. Won’t eat here again, chesterfield location has much better quality.

All I can say briefly is ,check your order before leaving the premises, have received takeout with a thigh instead of a breast , a meal without a biscuit, a side slaw without an expiration date. It’s made with mayonnaise folks. Occasionally a new hire with an attitude. Might go there again ,but will check my order.

**Update the franchise manager contacted me and has addressed my complaints, I haven’t gone back, but I will give them another opportunity… when that time comes I will re-update.
Rude staff, that doesn’t know about their own menu and what can be substituted and what can’t be. Franchise contact info is supposed to be visible, I can see why they don’t want people to know how to contact that owner. I placed a complaint into the corporate system so I may get contact from the franchiser, as they need to know how their staff represents the business.

Ordered ham biscuit combo. Took order rather quickly, got drink, sat down and waited and waited and waited some more. Finally got up and left. Threw drink on sidewalk and left. Donated $6.87. Second time this has happened. Won’t be a third time.
