Pizza is really good. Nice and cheap. But their app doesn’t work, and this particular location NEVER answers the dang phone (even after calling like 15 mins later) which defeats all purpose of convenience. Cause now I gotta go in and wait for 10-20 minutes on one pizza.

Just moved to this side of town and it is such a HUGE improvement of quality and service from the south Seneca location! The workers here actually take their job seriously and the pizza was great! Great job guys! Me & my family definitely appreciate your guys hard work!!

Go ahead and order if you like 2-5 hour waiting times. Employees have no clue what they’re doing. They seem exhausted catching up with orders from yesterday. I’m not sure who to blame here, whether corporate or the staff. This place will almost always disappoint you.

This location has lost quality quickly over the last year. This time, the pizzas were wrong and cut poorly. They are in need of some sort of QC. Won’t go back anytime soon.

I was missing some of my order. Then the pizza I ordered wasn’t even cooked all the way the dough was still completely uncooked under the sauce. I have only had this happen 1 time before and it was at a different pizza place. I was really disappointed in this trip. I live 37 mails away for the closest Little Caesars to me. So this isn’t something I’m about to get alot of time.
