One lady running the entire front and she is AWESOME. Super fast, super friendly.
Man the food was EXCELLENT!
Drunken noodles were exploding with flavor, beef was obviously seasoned and not just tossed in with the sauce. Peppers were fresh, perfect slightly smoky flavor from the wok.
Tom Yum was delicious. The mix of sour, sweet, and spicy with the noodles and shrimp was so warm and hearty. Staple.
Pineapple curry may have been the favorite thing. Do not underestimate the bowl it came in, the portion is huge when added to the rice ! Sweet, savory, strong depth of flavors. So good.
Thai Spicy recommended 2/5 for some spice but not lingering sweating spice.

This place is Amazing! 10/10 all around. Not only is the food incredible but so is the service and atmosphere. The restaurant is small, intimate, and very inviting. Run don’t walk to get their orange chicken. I’ve traveled all over the country and theirs is hands down the best I’ve ever tasted. The Thai iced Matcha is also out of this world. Honestly I’ve never tasted anything on their menu that wasn’t delicious. Don’t believe me? Try it for yourself ☺️

Okay so I believe in 2nd chances so I decided to give them another chance. Sadly, 2nd time was more disappointing than the first. We did take out. I got the Thai Green Curry w/ tofu and it was basically water, oil and maybe a hint of coconut milk (water???). It was totally liquified. The flavor & spice – okay. The rice tasted like it was sitting out for 2 days, all hardened bits at the end of it.
The spring rolls were pretty good, but what is fried that isn’t? My boyfriend’s pad thai w/ chicken was flavorless.
I will say the woman who took the order nice, so I will give 4 stars for that. Otherwise, i’ll keep going to Taste of Thai.

What a delight – the food was the best Thai we’ve had in SC and the owner was so sweet. We dropped in on Christmas Eve as they were closing and the pulled out all the stops to make us feel welcome and fed us a feast including a surprise dessert. The whole visit felt like a Christmas gift; restored faith in the goodness of people. Happiest of new years to these wonderful people. Y’all should try the lunch specials.

Finally decided to check out a fairly new Thai restaurant in West Ashley- Gotta Say.. VERY GOOD & Traditional Thai.. having traveled to Thailand several times all throughout Thailand and just the couple of items we had were delicious. We only went for lunch. I can’t wait to try their Thai Green Curry or Panama Curry. We had the chicken last, chicken yellow curry, fresh shrimp rolls Thai iced tea & Thai green matcha tea. They were BUSY!!! Service was excellent & efficient. Food was fast, nicely plated & delicious. Price point is normal. A nice new gem for Charleston!

I had the panang curry and the flavors are great but it’s super watery. I also ordered the mango sticky rice and same thing, the sauce is just very very watery, very thin. Thai tea was good though.

This is the best thai place in Charleston! Food is good quality and fast service but recently I’ve been coming in for lunch and the host is friendly but has no idea what she’s doing. I also saw her microwave my rice which was disappointing, I’ve never seen the other staff do that. Other than that issue Dinner time has great service and food, also has a great atmosphere. They also follow specific dietary restrictions which is appreciated because other places do not. If it wasn’t for that one issue with the day time hostess my review would be all 5 stars.

Thailicious II on Dorchester is one of my favorite local Thai Food restaurants. They closed earlier than this location on DoorDash, so I gave here a try. What in the World! Where is the sauce, flavor and spice? My pad see ewe was dry and flavorless. It was nothing like the authentic dish from the Dorchester location. Never again.

This is my second time here in a week. This time I brought my husband. We ordered the Thai boat soup and the red curry. Both dishes were exquisite and had plenty of meat. You can request the level of spice in your dish. They provide a tray of spices and seasonings on the side and their chili oil was amazing. We were extremely happy with the quality and quantity of food. For dessert we had mango sticky rice. It was delicious! The presentation is beautiful, as well as the ambience. Our waitress was friendly, bubbly, and attentive. We were impressed with everything. This place is a hidden gem. I’m so glad we discovered it!
