visited this location after downloading the app and signing up for the advertised discounts. When I attempted to use the code from the app, the owner told me they “don’t really use those apps or many of those discounts.” That immediately left a bad taste in my mouth. If a business advertises promotions through an app, those promotions should be honored. You can’t separate the advertising from the business.
The second issue was even more disappointing. While I was standing there, the owner and another employee began speaking about me in their native language as if customers today don’t have translation apps on their phones. This isn’t a statement about Indian people in general — it’s about the conduct of the individuals running this particular location.
If you’re going to serve the public, professionalism matters. Don’t advertise discounts you won’t honor, and don’t speak negatively about customers right in front of them assuming they won’t understand.
Reviews can make or break a business. Just ask the franchise owners who watched brands like Quiznos collapse when customer experience stopped mattering.

So easy to order on the app, quick pick up, food was delicious, and I earned points as a Rewards Member. Loved that I was able to add a donation amount to my order. Highly recommend!

Spent $27 on 2 Regular subs, a cup of loaded baked potato soup, and 2 bags of chips. Prior to ordering the soup I asked if it contained bacon and if it did to please remove it. The cashier stated that the baked potato soup didn’t have any bacon in it, I proceeded to order and pay. Not only did it contain bacon but the soup was super watery, mightiest well been milk! I called 3 times once I got to work and was ready to eat my lunch, NO ANSWER. I agree with the other reviews stated, this location provides inconsistent orders and quality. This has been my 3rd visit at this location and each time an issue has occurred with my order! Please someone do something about this location asap, new management or close it down at this point!!

Gopa was extremely rude to my family. An online order was placed by my husband and instead of pulling the ticket from the computer he decided to try and force him to take a similar order that was already prepared for someone else with a similar name. This went on for about 30 minutes that my husband tried to tell him the order was not right. It wasn’t until after my family walked out and left the order that he came running outside saying we have the order.
This employee is the reason why businesses don’t do well and customers go elsewhere. Very poor customer service and if Gopa checked thr computer first could have been prevented.

This place was awful. The sub was cold, soggy, and had barely any meat. The bread tasted stale, and the vegetables weren’t fresh at all. The staff didn’t seem to care, and it took way too long to get my food even though the restaurant was empty. Definitely not coming back.

It’s like going to a Firehouse Subs, but in India. They are rude, and hard to understand, and I watched an employee pick his nose and they make a sandwich. I threw up in my mouth, and left the store.
