Great vibe and good drinks! I have a lavender spiced chai and it was one of the best chais I’ve ever had (I’ve had many). It wasn’t crowded at all and was a good place to get some work done, though it was a little too cold. The baristas were also very friendly which made it a welcoming atmosphere.

Good atmosphere, quiet and down to earth. Nothing wrong with the service they were all really nice. The only thing I can say is if there are items no longer in the menu to either take them off the menu or put out some sort of sign letting your customers know. I asked for 2 separate flavors and was told they don’t carry them anymore and had to settle for something I necessarily didn’t want. The other thing I have to say is also put a time or something on the menu indicating when the lunch menu starts.

My son has a hockey clinic across the road at Printscape and the rink is so cold, I came here to get some work done and ordered a matcha latte. The barista was sweet and told me to let her know if I don’t like it because she doesn’t drink matcha and would re-make it a million times until it was to my liking. WiFi is strong and the atmosphere is comfortable.

This place is okay. Almost every time I come in there’s an issue with the service. The first time the cashier was on her phone and I witnessed a worker touching bread with no gloves on. Today, three workers were socializing and the cashier was stuffing her face while there were two customers in line waiting. To add, the flavors of the pastries aren’t consistent. I’ll go in, buy an item. The next time I go it’ll be a whole different panel of pastries so the options aren’t reliable when you want to get a repeat order.
