Ordered a 2pc fried chicken and fries. This was a drive thru order. The chicken was very good. Very juicy too. The fries were fried well. The lady who helped me was very nice. She told me that the fries were made to order and it would take 7 minutes. It came out on time. They also gave me hot sauce, ketchup, salt and pepper without asking. I really appreciated that. I saw they had a good variety of plates. Will have to stop again, when I can.

This is a little place that looks straight out of the 1970s, but it was clean, the people were friendly and the food reminded me of my Mamaw’s. My husband and I really liked it. I can’t remember having better fried chicken I’ve had at a restaurant.

Hadn’t been here for a few years..had elderly relatives visiting from out of town. This had been a place my whole family from past to present loved. I arrived around noon on a Friday, not very busy. We all got plate lunches…meat loaf, catfish and I had enchiladas. The food was really bad. It was not hot..seemed microwaved. The enchiladas were so tough I couldn’t cut with plastic knife..I cut through the styrofoam plate..rice was cold..beans bland..my mom said meatloaf tasted strange. My uncle said catfish was good..I was thankful for that. I used to love this place. I don’t know if it’s different owners or different food vendor or cooks but this is bad..they also cut down on portions they give but in this case it was good. I’m very disappointed..I hope they can do better but I can’t risk taking my family back.

Really good! We ordered to go and it was still nice and warm 15 minutes later at home. Recommend the fried chicken, mashed potatoes with cream gravy, and green beans.
