I love going to this Village Baker. Their pizza and sandwiches are amazing. If you get the chance to try the cinnamon roll, or carrot cake. Izzy and Ella were so helpful and took care of everything that I needed. My table was a little sticky and the immediately wiped it off. They made sure the lobby was clean and well taken care of.

Been here twice now and I have to say I feel like it is slightly overrated. It was good just not great for my personal taste. The pizza my first visit was a little better than my sandwich the second. The sandwich was good but the bread is so thick that most bites have a horrible bread to topping ratio other than the middle four or five bites. Solid 3.5 stars for me but my wife is in the 4.5-5 star range. She likes the sandwich and salad combos.

Went in around 7 AM this morning and had some amazing food. Talked with Carl, the owner, who has so much passion for the place and the food. He showed us the mini cinnamon rolls and the raspberry roll. AMAZING!!! Definitely coming back anytime we can!

Cinnamon and raspberry rolls were Delicious! Perfect ratio of filling and frosting to bread! Perfectly balanced. The bread was light, moist and had the perfect texture. The Cinnamon filling wasn’t over powering and the raspberry filling, just wow. The frosting was perfect and not overly sweet. Like all good conosiours I had to eat the centers to best judge the quality but shared the outside which was just as well loved. Highly recommend and excited to try more items from this location. Heard a lot about the Village Baker, so were very excited when got the chance to go to the soft opening of their brand new branch in Saratoga Springs. The store was easy to find as it was accessible from the main road.
Once we entered the store, the modern interior design and plentiful windows made the sitting area feel very spacious and welcoming. Also the staff were very attentive and accommodating to make us feel comfortable.
We got to try their Turkey sandwich with both the sourdough & white bread, and Roast Beef sandwich with white bread. Both breads were super delicious! But have to admit that I was surprised to see the sizes of the sandwiches…they can be very easily shared with a friend.
I heard their artichoke pizza is very good, so I’ll go back again and try that with soup.

We went for a friend’s birthday and the owner Carl the baker was so nice to us! I had never been there before, and my sandwich was delicious. It has had a lot of protein on it, which I feel like so many places skimp on! Would definitely go back! I also had the cinnamon roll and it was delicious so many of their desserts look amazing!!!

Just a comment to the store, we almost always get the blueberry scone. The last three times we’ve gotten them(over the last month or so), they have been completely uncooked with the middle half being just runny dough. Might want to check on the cooking practices for those.

I love this place. Their bread is yummy and well-priced, especially if you get their red dot special but 2 get one…
Their breakfast is very reasonably priced and there is comfortable seating. The owner cares about the customers and visits when he’s there.

I enjoyed my experience at The Village Baker, but I don’t know if it’s going to be one of my go to dinner destinations. The dessert selection was amazing, and it all looked amazing. The bakery section is definitely the highlight. The problem is that I came in for dinner and while they did have good food, I felt the verity of food available was lacking. They serve soups, salads, and sandwiches, but the soup selection was a little lacking. Additionally the food was a little expensive for what I ordered. The reason I am still goving this place a great review is because if you want great baked goods or desserts then this place surpassed my expectations! Additionally the staff was kind and the atmosphere great.
