As a restaurant owner, we ate lunch here the first day, and returned for basically every meal after. It’s all good. The stand out dishes are the pork belly tacos, the burger, the chicken soup.

After the first visit the staff treated us as family. They were out of burgers the last night and this made us sad, so the chef ran out and bought burger just for us.

I’d rate this 10 stars. If you are reading this, go eat there. You will not be disappointed.

We went for dinner after hearing of the struggle to get in the sister restaurant. We did have dinner on the earlier side at 6:30 but the restaurant was pretty empty then. The food was amazing, starting with the complementary bread. The ceviche was very good and had a nice balance of citrus, sweetness, and saltiness. The lomo saltado was very good and the meat was very nicely cooked to medium/medium-rare. It probably had the best cooked meat of the night. The beef cheeks pulled apart and all the components worked very nicely together. The braising liquid/sauce was sweet and slightly reminded me of a Korean bbq without the strong soy sauce flavor. The fried pork belly was very crispy and had a nice balance of portions. None of the portions were huge but were filling.

Campo is a very beautifully decorated space and I gave them five stars for atmosphere because the bathrooms are impeccably clean which is a hard thing to find in the center of Cusco. The service is also very attentive, but not overbearing. The food is good quality and safe i.e. clean kitchen, but I’m disappointed that they don’t have more options for standardized Andean Food (ps – gnocchi is Italian not Andean) plates. If you really want to have a taste of the True Andean kitchen go to the marketplace and get a menu for three dollars. Those old ladies work hard and make some of the best food I’ve ever had. To me this food was overpriced, but it is a safe option if you were passing through and don’t want to take any risks of introducing a foreign microbio to your system..

We had the causa (as a Limeño my husband was disappointed) tiny portions but “ok”, the gnocchi (tasty) but again “Italian style”, and the Muñiz & Piña drinks were very refreshing but small. The chocolate cream brûlée was to die for, and I highly recommend!

My wife and I had lunch at Campo, a charming restaurant in the center of Cusco suggested by our guide. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are very kind and attentive.

We enjoyed delicious traditional dishes — everything was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The quality of the food and the cozy setting made it a great experience, and the prices are very reasonable.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Peruvian cuisine in a relaxed and friendly environment

Came here for lunch with a couple friends and really enjoyed our time. The service was impeccable and the food was fantastic. My only qualm was that the electricity went out several times and they had to bring a candle to our table but I have no idea if that’s the restaurants fault or not so not holding it against them. Highly recommend if you’re in Cusco!

Food was fantastic and the service was better than I’ve had at some Michelin starred restaurants. They were extremely helpful with my food intolerances as well. Drinks were all 10/10, especially the non alcoholic ones. So good we came back the next day

First day in Cusco and the hotel recommended us this restaurant. Very great ambiance and the sopa de abuela would help you a great deal with the altitude. Also, very sabrosa! Jose was extremely friendly and service minded.

Oh my goodness! This is my favorite place in all of Peru. The food is unbelievably delicious, the ambience is perfection, and the service is out of this world. They gave us a free appetizer and it was amazing. We had the suckling pig tacos and they were soooo good.

Best soup I’ve ever tried. The place looks phenomenal and high-end though the prices are affordable. It’s a must-go to anyone who wants to try Peruvian soup on their first night in Cusco.
