There’s a server Olen ,a young black guy, and he’s very racist towards his white coworkers and white customers and he’s said he’s like that because racism runs in his family. He even had a coworker crying and she seemed to be in a bad mental state because of how he treated her, she didn’t deserve that and she said racism ran in her family too but she chooses not to be because she sees people not color. And she stated her mother raised to treat people for how they are not what they are. I went to management the next day and complained and they did nothing about it, they brushed it under the rug and if this is how Waffle House treats their employees and customers nobody should ever eat there again.

This place was so nasty, the waitresses were rude. We had to ask someone to wipe our table down. The store had one other table when we got here. We sat with no drink for 5 minutes, and had to get up and go to the bar to get someone’s attention. The girl that was not our waitress got my drink, then proceeded to sit at the register and talk about us. All of our food was burnt, the coffee was cold. Food fixed wrong with a few strands of hair I told her that I didn’t want or order. While eating started eating and found things that would make you sick from consuming. Upon further inspection found what seemed to be bugs by the table. And looking around and get to see other things that should not be on tables where customers eat. So I just ordered a grilled chicken sandwich plate with cheese.. the cook took it on to himself to add grilled onions.. and then the grilled onions are melted in with my cheese. Very disgusting!! When you don’t like or want grilled onions, did not ask for onions. There should be lettuce, tomato and raw onion on the side. The worst part is I ordered online and we can’t call the store to make it right. Let me see if can download a photo. 2025 I’m leaving reviews!!!!!
