As the pictures show, “The Gobbler” I received in no way resembled the sandwich as advertised. It was also missing the crispy fried onions as advertised. Jacob, who was running the lobby register, was unattentive and kept leaving the front counter to visit with his co-workers in the back, telling them, “I can’t wait to get out of here!”. Would not recommend this Arby’s at all.

Hmm where do I begin? We doordashed and didn’t receive all that we ordered. So for the second order we used the credits doordash honored us with and yet y’all still can’t read the order. Called the store and whoever the manager on duty is at 11:15pm on March 7th, he doesn’t know how to speak to customers. We told him what happened and how upset we are only for him to not respond at all. Very poor management. Is putting food in a bag really that difficult? Especially when we gave you a 2nd chance?!

I did not have an issues with anyone working. And the lady in the drive through was very nice. I’m giving this a 1 star because I asked for no onions on my sandwich and they were on it. And then when I grabbed my sandwich out of the bag, it barely weighed anything and this is the amount of food between the slices of bread. I spent almost $15 on a meal that doesn’t even have $5 worth of meat in the sandwich. If this is a corporate thing where they’re slimming down on serving sizes, but this is unay

We have been to this location several times and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. Today however, they needed to close. They are out of just about everything. As soon as we walked in, they informed us they’re out of all fries and buns for the roast beef. No problem, we can improvise. Unfortunately, everything I tried to order, they were also out of. We finally found a few things to order and the food came out right away. We sat down to eat and immediately noticed the roast beef sandwiches were rare and bloody. The soda syrup was running out of multiple sodas. Every single table in the lobby was dirty. We ended up throwing our food away and left. We watched car after car leave the drive thru with no food. We watched person after person walk out. I have no idea why they’d even be open today. The staff was friendly enough and explained that the delivery truck was supposed to come before they opened this morning, but still hadn’t come as of 4:00 pm. That’s completely understandable, but just put a sign on the door and close before wasting people’s time.

Attempted to order during my 30 minute lunch break 8/21/2024 but apparently unless you are in the drive through your order does not count. One associate said she would be with me in a minute but after 10 more minutes (I had already been there5 or more) I had to leave with not even giving my order. So much for meeting or exceeding expectations

This location consistently provides friendly, accurate, and efficient service. Our food was hot and fresh! Arby’s serves the best mozzarella sticks and most flavorful marinara sauce in the fast food industry; I won’t eat them from anywhere else.

The staff is amazing, looking out for their customers. A random person had asked if I could buy something to eat. I have a hard time saying no, even if I’m not better off my self atm. The person was making me feel very uncomfortable while waiting for food. I am very thankful the staff noticed and told the person he needed to leave and then also walked me to my car to make sure I was good and not bothered. The food was good as well. Thank you again for looking out for your customers.
