My boyfriend and I were visiting friends and decided to pick up food for everyone. It’s 6pm and there’s a group on 9 of us. So, I see a bbq place 3.5 miles away. So, considering I placed a last minute order for takeout for 9 guests 1 hour before the place closed service was 10/10. Some of our guest did want pulled pork but they were out so we got brisket instead, while making some of the plates they ran out of sausage and asked “Hey, is it okay if we put ribs on here as well”. They were super accommodating and I was as well because it was a large last minute order. We wiped them out of everything it seemed like for the day. One of the gentlemen said he threw in a bowl of macaroni (a new menu item) as well. I thanked them and the wife helped me walk my bags to the car. (You can tell its family run, like husband, wife, and maybe the grandpa). Once at the friends house everyone began to eat and everyone said the food was amazing. The most tender brisket. The super potatoes were really sizeable. Everything was amazing 10/10 for taste.

Jack’s BBQ is definitely a hidden gem. The ribs, brisket, and chicken were smoked to perfection flavorful, moist, and tender. The sides were super good, and the service was excellent. Some of the best BBQ around. Highly recommend!

By FAR the best BBQ place I have went to. I have to hand it to them it’s amazing the food is incredible me and my girlfriend got two ribs, brisket, beans and potato salsa plates and it was BOMB. I highly recommend the ribs are cooked to perfection and the bbq sauce is even better !!

I was skeptical of this place because you can’t smell the BBQ/smoker when you drive by it, so I decided to at least try it and see for myself. When we walked in, there were flies everywhere. The staff were not friendly/didn’t welcome us in. It was very awkward, but we proceeded anyway. The bathrooms were disgusting and had no toilet paper or paper towels. When our food was served, it tasted like store-bought, prepackaged food. On top of that we were not offered any extra BBQ sauce and they did not have any at the tables. It was very expensive and not at all worth what we paid for. You could get better tasting BBQ for a better value at HEB about 30 mins away. It would be worth the drive.

I had the 3 meat place as recommended by the chef (had brisket, ribs, and sausage) omg it was the most moist brisket I’ve ever had, the sausage was very flavorful, and the ribs were great!! My wife had the stuffed potato, and it was STUFFED with chopped beef, and it was PHENOMENAL. The potato salad was delicious, I prefer mayo over mustard for my potato salad, but give me more of the potato salad I had tonight please!! Everyone was so nice and inviting there, and we’ll DEFINITELY be coming back very soon!!

The meat is heated up in the microwave which gives it a nasty taste. Expensive to taste so awful.
