What in the world is this?? The amount of food vs the amount paid is outrageous. This is 100% cold since the cheese isn’t even melted and the amount is 1/3 of the bowl. This place should close or hire employees with better standards.

This particular Chipotle gets absolutely hammered. I don’t know what’s going on in this town but this never used to be like this. The lines are crazy long and this place runs out of certain things before close. Is my bowl supposed to be discounted since you can’t provide fajitas?. This is not the employees fault, this is a management and corporate issue. It’s not worth shopping at this location.

This is an “attempted” burrito I received from this location. It was more of a burrito bowl than a burrito. All of the contents were spilled inside of the tin foil and inedible other than eating it as a bowl. It was so bad, I don’t think anyone would believe me without photos.

This was my first trip and I was very pleased. It was worth the hype. I went with a friend of mine because I didn’t quite understand the system. I got a bowl with brown rice, chicken, corn, queso, guacamole, shredded cheese, pico, lettuce, and got a bag of chips. All together it cost me $20. The Queso and Guacamole were up charges but well worth it. I will definitely go back again and would be fine with the bowl or maybe I will try something new.

Today, I ordered from this place ( Chipotle in Eldersburg )and was confused by the portion size—it looks like a mini portion. As you can see in the photo, the food doesn’t even cover the entire bottom of the bowl. Usually, when I order the same thing in Ellicott City, it comes as a full bowl, with the lid barely closing, and I never get just a half portion. I don’t even understand why they would put only half the food in the bowl. I can’t explain it.

I like Chipotle in general, but this isn’t one of the better ones. As a positive, I feel like this location gives good portions and the workers have always been polite. There is rarely a wait in line. You can get in and out pretty fast for lunch after shopping in nearby stores. The chicken tastes good. But, the burrito fillings aren’t distributed for consistent bites, and my burritos are more often than not wrapped badly here. I don’t order any double portions nor even all the topping options, and I think my last three loosely wrapped burrito tortillas exploded open spilling out the burrito fillings into a messy pile before I was even a fourth through eating the burrito, even with the support of the foil. If I wanted to use a fork I would order a bowl, not a burrito. The soft tacos have been fine. The fountain drinks sometimes taste off here, so I rarely get them here and opt for the bottled Mexican coke instead (which they will open for you.) The chips taste less fresh than at other locations, so I’ve stopped adding chips to my orders. This place is fine enough that I will return until there is a better location, so it gets a solid three stars from me.

Thus was around the evening of 6/5/2025.Order was very skimp. Ordered a bowl through delivery so unfortunately I wasn’t in person to witness. When I received my bowl it was barely even half full. I ordered steak and got about 5 pieces. Requested corn salsa and had none in my bowl. Asked for a side of green salsa and the cup wasn’t even a quarter of the way filled. I understand that it could have been busy and you guys have certain quantity regulations but this was beyond disappointing for the $20 I spent.

This is the third visit in as many weeks where I came during non-peak hours and they didn’t have chicken or honey chicken available. The white rice was also undercooked again and made for crunchy rice. I get this is a first world problem but this location seems to have persistent issues. The other locations I patron haven’t had any of these issues. I don’t know why I keep bothering to try with this one other than it’s so close to home.

Nose out and chinning it so hard you can see his tongue when he talked. I Don’t recommend coming here right now since it doesn’t seem like they are enforcing any health policies.
