We ordered over $60:00 dollars in food when my partner came home and we were getting ready to eat my partner and I ordered the Alfredo no chicken we’ll both of ours had chicken my called them the lad was not going to give us credit but finally she did it was about 10 minutes later we notice we don’t have our bread sticks so she again had to call we aren’t eating there again they don’t even want to admit when they are wrong

This Pizza Hut is the best. We travel from the Altoona area just for the pizza. We always get the Hand Tossed Super Supreme. It’s always clean and friendly. Never a crowed when we go.

Walked in to make an order to go. Stood there 10 minutes and had to yell for someone to come out of the back. When she did come out she ignored me and typing on the computer with her back to me. Almost went in the back again before I yelled for her AGAIN. Instead of coming over to see what was needed she starts yelling across the dinning room to which I couldn’t understand her. When I started walking closer she went in the back again and left me standing there again before coming out and ushering me over, then got cocky with me. Not professional at all. This place has terrible service. Everytime I come to this location the service is slow, you get ignored and the people are ignorant. Will not be returning. Pay attention to your lobby and customers!!!!!!!

I got delivery of a medium thin crust with half pepperoni and half mushroom. The pizza was delivered within 25 minutes and was hot and delicious! The girl who delivered it was very nice and friendly. Would recommend for quick delivery and good pizza!

Stopped for dinner around 6:30 on a Saturday, 1 waitress juggling all the tables in the place, plus take out. Was seat she asked what we’d like to drink, I saw another table waiting on the check. Some confusion on an order at another table. Sat for 10 minutes while she tried to help a take out order get checks and boxes for 3 other tables. Still no drinks, then she forgot to get 1 table plates and messed up their order. The manager had to help with the takeout order, but never bothered to check on the dining area. After 15 minutes of not getting drinks we decided to find someplace with better service. I don’t blame the waitress, but the manager who didn’t check on what is going on and the scheduler who only scheduled 1 person on a Saturday.
