My combination had breaded “chicken” coated with a thick gelatinous substance. Some pieces were difficult to chew due to the toughness. The crab rangoon was soggy towards the middle and the outer edges were too tough to consume. The beige rice had zero vegetables but honestly, it was OK. The portions were on the smaller side; actually that was good because it was not a tasty meal. I will NOT return.

I ordered 2 orders of spicy chicken lo mein, I picked it up and didn’t look in the bag. When I got all the way to bellevue and opened the bag I only had one lo mein in the bag and it was beef lo mein. I immediately called back and the boy apologized for this mix up and said I could come back in and receive 2 spicy chicken lo meins for their mistake. When I went back in to pick it up there was a man there that said they would not honor it and said there was no way I didn’t get a chicken lo mein. You can clearly see that this is beef and this guy argued that it was chicken. I will never go back here only because this man was very every rude.

Mahalo! Such great customer service and tasty food. The portioning was huge and I was able to share without feeling like I didnt have enough. I like how in their Crispy Asian Noodle there was chicken, beef and shrimp with a bunch of vegetables. Thank you for my extra fortune cookies as well! We were so thankful and will be back!

You don’t get enough food for the price. The egg roll was not fresh. It looked and tasted like it was refried a couple of times. The sesame shrimp has sweet & sour sauce plopped on top. I got probably a spoonful of rice. All for $8.99. Not sure why this place is still in business.

Update: I’ve been many times. Was disgusted today… 3/19/22 .. I ordered the lemon chicken on this date. It was unedible, inedible, uneatable. And the service was awful as well, even for a to-go order. Upsetting.

I just spoke with the manager about the terrible food we bought. The lemon chicken was mushy yet dry. The pineapple beef had no pineapple nor beef. And the manager was horrible and rude. He yelled at me that I should have brought the food back to the restaurant (it was a pick up order) instead of eating it (as terrible as it was) and asking for a refund. I would never eat there again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else try it.

Extremely disappointed , ordered online and order was kicked to grub hub, when order was 30 minutes late I called and was told order was on the way ( 10 minutes away ) called in again now 2 hours from order time and was told they didn’t get the order from grub hub and would be 15 minutes. I got a text that the order was canceled and refunded. 2 hours and 15 minutes and no Chinese makes me a sad panda

This is usually my favorite Chinese restaurant but today they really missed the mark. I just left the spot about 7 minutes ago ordered orange chicken, crab racoon and dumplings. There was more broccoli in the dish than chicken and most of the chicken was dry over fried and the orange sauce almost none existent. I would have taken it back but, I was running late for an appointment. So, I had yo eat a less than stellar dinner tonight. Who ever is cooking today, I hope they have a better week cause, I have never had bad food from this place until today.
