I got the turkey club. I was very disappointed. It had probably two little strands of turkey on it. They didn’t make it the way the picture looks, of course, and they have cheese slider, and the roast beef sliders. I noticed that Arby’s has made them smaller and anyway, my food was cold And the driver had to wait just to get it and I had cold food and I don’t live that far from there. I don’t know what’s up with the portion sizes lately everywhere I know people are trying to cut back, but it’s really disappointing when they think that we’re really that dumb and we don’t know this that everything keeps Shrinking Smaller than our hand almost I wasn’t satisfied with my meal. They could’ve put more meat on my sub and the sliders could’ve been warmed up. They should’ve been warm, On the sliders, the cheese was cold. The meat was cold. There’s no excuse in that probably the only thing that tasted good out of the whole meal was the fries and that’s pretty sad.

Extremely low standard nobody with leadership works here. Fries are hours old sandwiches that should be hot or cold.. They would rather serve you nasty food then do their job, just olan lazy and extremely low standard.

Tables are very clean and nice to sit down. There is no serving trays—like that—just bags. I love the simplicity of roasted beef sandwiches…yumm…

I went up to get food and I will not be going back. They didn’t do our order correctly. Guy seemed like he had an attitude. I asked for a roast beef and cheddar and I got a roast beef and then they forgot my shake. I had to go back up there and get my shake. They don’t know how to listen. Start checking your food before you leave. Make sure you have everything everything‘s right.

I walked up to the counter and immediately detected an odor like an overflowing sewer. It was appetite distraction. The young man at the counter promptly greeted us and took our orders. Maybe it’s just me and I know there are employee and supply issues, but the presentation and taste of the sandwich wasn’t what I remember pre-covid.

Really wonderful Arby’s! The staff were very kind. The manager is very capable. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. The food was really good and hot. The manager also recommended the bronco sauce, which we had never heard of before, and we really liked it! This is a great Arby’s. Definitely recommend!

The curly haired girl working the drive thru in the mornings is always quick, and so sweet. And the blonde white lady who manages the night shift is my favorite person there, always goes above and beyond for me, and everything I order is always perfect and so delicious!! I go there all the time, and never have a bad experience.
