Never been to Charley’s Cheessteaks so I wasn’t sure what to expect. We ordered a Philadelphia cheesesteak, chicken cheesesteak, bacon & cheese fies, Buffalo wings and mozzarella sticks.
The chessesteaks were decent. The meat was super dry but the amount of mayo and toppings helped it out a bit. The Buffalo wings were fried way too hard for me which made them tough to chew. The mozzarella sticks and fries were just ok.
Overall, everything was just mediocre. I’m not in a rush to go back.

I just left from here a few minutes ago. Let me tell you this… I ordered a chicken buffalo with everything no banana peppers. Came out fast and he brought me my food to the table I sat at. As I go to my car to eat my food, I realized it has cheese on it. My fault! I go back in and ask can I pay something to get it remade. Nope he decided to do it for free and gave me fresh fries. Customer service is A1 here. Those two men on the evening of Nov 13th need a raise! First time at this location and I will be back !!!

This location just opened last week. I have been twice. I’ve tried the regular chicken philly steak and the bacon 3 cheesesteak. Both were really good. I’ve also had the boneless bold BBQ wings and the mango habenero wings. The bold BBQ were great. The mango habenero were not really that spicy and just tasted ok. I also tried there cheese and bacon fries. Im not a fan of cheese sauce so I didn’t really like them. I do however like there fries plan. They are crispy. I recommend trying out there lemonade. It’s just as good as Chick-fil-A lemonade. The staff was nice and helpful.

3 Philly Cheesesteaks and fries were ordered along with 2 Strawberry Lemonades and a regular Lemonade. They were very good. They have a pretty good selection of cheesesteaks. They also offer wings. My son normally doesn’t eat cheesesteaks and enjoyed this one. That’s saying something. We will be going back.

I am only rating on my visit today. We visited Charlie’s at the Owings Mills location to get ice cream cones. My daughter was excited for a cone, but the cashier did not tell me that the machine was not working properly. After I paid for our cones, we received two dolloped dropped cones because the ice cream came out melted. It was super soft served … I didn’t want to disappoint my daughter, so I didn’t refuse the ice cream. I will say that the employee/ staff lacked honesty. We will not be getting ice cream or shakes from the Foundry Row, Owings Mills Charlie’s again.

Window/door/online said they opened at 11am. The doors were locked passed said opening time and we waited outside until 11:15am when someone finally opened the door for everyone to come in. They were still performing opening duties (turning on the grill, fryers, making tea) when we were waiting for our food. The splash guards and other parts of the grilled removed at night were being put out after we already ordered. So this location was not prepared for business. I’ve always had good experiences with other locations, but this was disappointing.
