Brought my daughter out for dinner tonight as she never had it before. I absolutely love Jersey Mikes and eat here often in Michigan. Was very impressed with the staff at Klanath Falls, and the food was excellent as always. If your looking for a fresh delicious sandwich and great service check this one out!

I bought a chicken bacon ranch sub which is a hot sub. It was amazing! Good crunch, good filing, and great taste. If you walk in and line is long, while they are new it is incredibly fast to order and pick up. Place is dope atmosphere, good smiles, and a good place to grab some food. I’ll be coming back, adding photo of my half sandwich haha

Surprised by the negative reviews but I guess things happen. I eat here probably once every two weeks at a minimum and have never had an issue. I order for pickup from the app and every time I come in my sandwich is waiting and made perfectly. 10x better than other sandwich places in town.

I have never been so embarrassed in a restaurant in my life. My husband ordered online and when we went to pick up in the store, a worker screamed at him to stop as he reached for the rack and then continued to scream accusing my husband of stealing food that we had ordered.
If she wanted to check that we had ordered the food a polite, “Please wait until I can help you,” would have worked very well, instead of accusing us of stealing food that we had not only ordered, but already paid for.
I will never be back to this location and will make sure to tell others in town how this restaurant treats Latino customers.

I was not IMPRESSED with the food , staff was kind and curtious except one who. was cold a distant . but then my food came and I didnt like the bread , meat was tasty but brown spotted lettuce ,. turned my appetite away. after second bite of brown spotted lettuce . this was my 2nd time ever in different state , different town they let me down. the first time I good there day food posioing in az. after disregarding red flag of some puking in the bathroom …. i gave them second chance , even then I took all my will power to go inside . not impressed, not going back.

I was greeted immediately as I walked in the door. The employees were friendly and very helpful . The facility was very clean and well stocked. I had a 6-in club supreme with turkey and roast beef with swiss cheese and smoked applewood bacon. The Parmesan bread was fresh. All the vegetables I added to the sandwich were fresh and delicious. I was very satisfied with my sandwich and will be a returning customer. The service was great. Fabulous Experience !!

I was there the day before yesterday. The dog jumped up and put its paws on the counter and the owner immediately pulled it down. The worker came around and gave the dog a treat, pet it and then went behind the counter and washed her hands and then put on fresh gloves. The child was in a highchair and wasn’t bothering anyone. The entire environment was so pleasant and friendly not to mention extremely busy. The crew handed the crowd with grace and a smile.

Ordered via the app, went in 10 minutes later. Waited another 40 minutes. Did not get my order until the store was almost completely empty. The standard line moved very quickly, while my family waited 50 minutes in total. Worst experience ive had at any Jersey Mikes.

As we all know, Jersey Mikes recently opened and has been extremely busy for the past few days. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is clean and consistent with all other Jersey Mikes around the world.
The manager is the main point on which I want to comment. While I was waiting for my order to be ready, this elderly gentleman became irritated by the wait time. When he was about to complain, the manager quickly called out his name and fixed the problem by giving him an estimated time and cups, directing him to the drink station for filling. Her tone was cheerful, and her actions to calm the man were effortless. TThe place was packed, and she treated the customer with great respect. After the man received his drinks, she personally handed him his meal and thanked him for his patience.
I’ve worked in the food industry, and it can be extremely overwhelming, to the point where you want to pull out your hair. But this employee went above and beyond, and I would feel comfortable having her serve any of my family members.

I’m originally from New Jersey so you can imagine how excited I was when they opened a Jersey Mike’s in Klamath Falls. However, it has been nothing but disappointing. My favorite has always been the Philly Cheese Steak so that’s what I ordered…3 times. The first time it was DRY, the second time – DRY and they didn’t listen when I said NO PEPPERS. For the third time, I actually walked into the store to order (giving them one more chance); however, they still put in peppers after I asked for none, the sandwich is as DRY as a desert and the service was soo bad. I will never ever eat from Jersey Mike’s in Klamath Falls again.
