I’m on the road a lot for one of my jobs (the other is local here on campus) And honestly, out of all the Starbucks within the tri-state area, this is one of my absolute favorites (next to the lee hwy in Radford location which is my all time favorite). The kids are amazing in every way; and they’re one of the only ones that ever tend to make my usual perfectly, I almost never have to alter it.Both locations are definitely worth the drive. I greatly appreciate them and all that they do…….

I love Starbucks but if I get one more gingerbread chai that isn’t made correctly I’m literally gonna go crazy. Either the chai is just not mixed AT ALL or I don’t get the pumpkin topping on top. If I’m spending $7 I would appreciate it to be right

They are the only Starbucks to not bag the DoorDash orders in the NRV. It’s not a one off, it’s very consistent. Other stores do not have this issue.

The store’s location is right across Kroger at the University city boulevard. The place is good for reading books studying and hanging out. The crew was excellent and ver friendly. The tables were clean.

I bought a cup of black coffee at the drive up window. This happened months ago and I’m just now getting to my review. The lid wasn’t secure well and while setting it in my cup holder the lid came off and my hand was burned. The coffee was so hot I could not drink it and the cup lost its stiffness and the lid would not seat. This lead to it spilling in the car. Total waste.
I when back this time inside and asked for a cup of black coffee and told him of my experience in the car. I was told it would be as hot because they could not change the temp. He said he could do a pour over that would not be as hot. I said if it can be sold at the same price I would take it. He said no so I left and will never go to a star bucks again.
