Was driving through from Bend and decided to grab a quick bite, the ribs were the best–perfectly done and juicy with a nice tangy sauce. Way better than the rib places we tried in Bend, actually. Beans had pineapple chunks in them which were delicious too. The owner was super nice and brought out a bowl of water for our pups!

Food was great. Great flavor and juicy meat. Nice counter girl. And hilarious pictures of the mannequin Charlie all around the restaurant.

We hired Slick’s Que to cater for a company retreat and it was AMAZING!! Its really rare to find a place that has amazing BBQ, Sides AND Sauce. Not just 1 specialty but all 3. We had the ribs and chicken with sides of slaw and beans. The ribs were great without sauce, I dipped the chicken in sauce and in all ways it was Yummy. We had people fighting for the leftovers 🙂 It was that good. I understand the recipe’s have been in the owner’s family for generations. For good reason!

Step & Spine Physical Therapy had our company picnic this past Saturday in Sisters. Roy did a great job! The set up was professional, the food was amazing!! We chose the pulled pork and the BBQ smoked chicken, with slaw, beans, rolls and salad. Oh, and don’t forget about that that BBQ sauce, tangy, not too sweet, just plain yummy. Everyone raved about how delicious the food was. We will definitely be coming back next year. Thank you again, Roy!!!

I’m really picky about my Q and this place is spot on. Awesome smoke on the ribs, tender brisket and great slaw. There is just enough vinegar in the sauce and slaw to balance out the sweet. Most places use sauce that is way too thick and sweet. They accomplished a very difficult task of getting the brisket just right. Usually it’s too greasy or dry. I saw a few bad reviews. Don’t let that put you off. I’m guessing they were just having a bad day. I was passing through town, so if you are in the area you won’t be disappointed.

Got the burnt ends platter and it was fantastic! Definitely my place to eat at when I come through sisters!

I’ve been to all major BBQ meccas and have had some great BBQ. I tried burnt ends and brisket, simply average, not particularly smoky or flavorful. Mac n cheese was bland. Sister said she’s had better pulled pork. Good atmosphere though.

completely disapointed! The reviews looked good so I stopped in. Ribs were completely overcooked. Bark was too thick making them more like rub jerky. They were also not reheated completely so the thicker parts of the ribs were cold and tough. Burnt ends are my all time favorite of all bbq, and unfortunately they weren’t even edible. For my sides I ordered coleslaw and garlic mashed potatoes. There was really no garlic flavor, they literally tasted like plain lightly seasoned whole mashed potatoes, quite bland. The slaw was the only element of the meal that I liked.

Very disappointed! The ribs were dry, the brisket wasn’t very smokey, the mashed potatoes were blah and everything was cold. Probably should have stuck with the pulled pork sandwich. We were all starving after a three hour hike and none of us could even eat half of our food. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the server was very friendly.
