I order a chicken quesadilla with NO sauce on it and I get home and of course there’s sauce on it. I open the wrapper to eat my crispy beef taco and it completely falls apart and it’s soggy. I also get two items I never even ordered and of course didn’t get the items I did order. I’m done with this place.

This is hands-down the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever encountered. In-store visits are a joke—somehow the debit card machines are always “down,” while employees vape outside by the back door and even near the drive-thru speaker.
Ordering through delivery apps like DoorDash isn’t any better. They never include the full order, and whatever does arrive looks like it was aggressively punted into the bag. Tacos shattered, burritos ripped open, drinks spilled everywhere.
I’ve never experienced such consistently terrible service from a restaurant. If you’re placing a bet on anything, bet on this crew ruining your order.

The absolutely worst Taco Bell location in the history of Taco Bell. Didn’t have items that I paid for through the app and refused to refund me. Stole from me. Then I asked for the manager and they refused to talk to me. Literally refused to come to the window. I asked for the managers name and they refused to tell me. I then started to record the employee
cussing and me and she threatened to “press charges on me.” Absolutely abhorrent behavior and Taco Bell should be ashamed to allow this behavior

every time i go to this location and a kid with blonde hair and piercings always makes the food crappy. it looks like he throws it all together. asked for extra beef on a burrito and barely got any. my fiesta potatoes weren’t even full. other than this kid i like the location.

I had just been seen by my doctor for a viral lung infection, so naturally I decided the smartest next move was… the Taco Bell drive-thru. I showed up wearing a mask and told the cashier, “Hey, I might be highly contagious, so maybe wash your hands after running my card.”
This man looked at me like I had just told him I’d licked every doorknob in Butler county. He then sloooowly backed away, went to consult another employee, returned holding one lonely glove like it was a holy relic, and proceeded to yeet my three Crunchy Tacos in my general direction. Not hand me. Not pass me. Throw them at me.
I was equal parts appalled and amused—though laughing while you’re low on oxygen is basically a full-body CrossFit workout. Here I am, barely breathing, clutching these aggressively delivered tacos like a war prize.
And what makes it worse? I was being cheap and only ordered three. After that whole experience I actually considered circling back for more.
My feelings weren’t hurt (I’m too sick to be offended), but wow… imagine someone with thin skin experiencing this.
This was sometime between 2:30 and 3:30, because I’d missed lunch.

Stopped for our lunch and got 4 of the worst bean and cheese burritos that I’ve ever gotten from here… we had to throw them away. But, I will say that we eat here all the time as it’s on our way home and it’s always been very good… will eat here again, don’t know what’s going on though…

Very very poor all the way around. You order online and add custom options, but why are they there if your employees don’t listen to them. EVERY single time I’ve gone to this Taco Bell, they get something wrong. Either it’s not listening to the customizations or just simply not giving you all your food. Don’t get me started on the employees, they’re all rude. Don’t correct them or call them out either, they hate that. Needs to have all new team members and probably some better management. This place honestly shouldn’t be open, but it’s the only taco bell close by =/ (photos: yeah its basic and almost nothing on it, but there’s supposed to be only meat and cheese. As you can see they put everything and getting sour cream dug out of it, is nearly impossible)

Well, the “Cheesy” street chalupa was $7 down the drain. The only cheese I got was crust. Plus, when I called, no one answered. However, Taco Bell has done a great job preparing the food before it gets to locations…
I looked at pictures of other ones, saw them correctly made. Looks good. Wish I didn’t have to spend premium for such for low quality management.

the employees are nice but sadly i’ve gotten spicy potato soft tacos from here twice and the potatoes are always burnt and hard; they are much fresher/softer at the taco bell in greenwich

I ordered 2 cantina chicken tacos and the new dipping burritos. I open up my tacos they’re all crushed and smashed into small pieces. And the burritos are the size of my picky. Everytime I’ve been to this Taco Bell I get terrible food, always small portions and bad customer service. Never recommend to anyone. Go to the Taco Bell on East Kellogg.
