What truly made this location stand out was Jennifer, the Assistant GM. She is absolutely amazing, attentive, quick, and incredibly accurate. She paid close attention to every detail of our order and even started remembering parts of it as we came in each day, which really made us feel welcomed. She’s personable, professional, and clearly takes pride in her work.
The restaurant itself is very clean, including the bathrooms, service is fast, and the sandwiches are always great. This Panera set the bar high for customer service. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area!
I ordered delivery. French onion soup and salad. Paid $18 for the tiniest portions. French onion soup did not come with cheese nor croutons just a few onions and broth that’s it. The tiniest thing of dressing for my salad. Both my Mom and I had sides and they were not there either. No utensils no napkins. Yet we’re quick to charge the delivery fee, the that fee etc. I called to speak to a manager was on hold for 25 mins. I hung up called again and was told the manager was extremely busy (this was at 7:30pm) there is absolutely no way the manager was busy. I e been to this location during lunch etc and it’s NEVER been busy at all. I asked for a name and the person just put the phone down on the counter didn’t say a thing. I was on hold for over an HOUR !!!
WORST LOCATION
WORST FOOD
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
***DO NOT WASTE YOUR TINE NOR MONEY ON THIS LOCATION*****
The employees, behind the counter, do not look like they are happy nor care. That translates into poor customer satisfaction.
My family and I walk in and the place is so dimly lit that we thought they might be closed. The bread and pastry area looks about 20% full. Only one employee can be seen, and he’s far away from the registers. He walked by once, twice, and then a third time before even making eye contact and acknowledging us. Have you ever been to a Panera anywhere where you weren’t greeted the second you walk in the door?
He keeps saying that someone will be with us soon but so far there’s no evidence that any other employees exist. Finally a shift supervisor appears and he takes our order. When we asked for baguettes as our sides, he said they are COMPLETELY OUT of bread after a volleyball tournament came in and took it all. Huh?? That’s another first. Panera Bread with no bread.
First forward to our order – my wife wanted dressing on the side (it was on the ticket) and they slopped it all over the top of it. Had to go back to the counter multiple times because they forgot spoons, forks, and most of our sides. A few other employees emerged from the back while we ate, which left us wondering where any of them were when we arrived. The place is also really hot inside, like the A/C is broken. Overall, a good contender for worst Panera in the country. Their GM and ownership should be embarrassed.
My point in this is that I have never been treated the way I was treated at the Panera store today.
I take my own cup when I go to drink at Panera because I do not believe in creating that much waste and since we use Panera pretty much on the daily that would be a lot of waste.
I have always gone in after I placed my order get my cup coffee get my bagel from the counter and have a seat and have never had an issue. I have had managers and issue inquire nicely as to whether or not I had already paid for my beverage in a professional way… This manager however chose violence.
I’m not sure if she felt empowered because there happened to be a police officer inside of Panera at the time that I was getting it but she decided to show off… And be a bully.
She came roaring from behind the counter screaming at me “if you’d like to order something you can pay at the counter”
Instead of simply asking did you pay for that or can I help you with something or something of that nature she decided to scream at me in front of the entire restaurant. And then when I turned around and said yes I already pre-ordered in the app and I’ll be walking up there to get my food in a minute… She doubled down.
Then she turned to the police officer and had the goal to say to him please standby because I think we’re going to need you?!? Are you kidding me. I just certainly hope that the owner of that restaurant, because they are franchisees, Sees this and takes action. This occurred around 7 AM this morning at the restaurant and before she can delete the video file with no doubt exists you need to take a peek. If that’s what you call customer service then your establishment should not be open and your store should be shut down by corporate.
