I tend to DoorDash my breakfast from this location and up until last week I’ve had no issues with them. Now, I’m facing 2 problems. The first one is quality of my food. The items are just thrown in bags without making sure they are FULLY wrapped up. The drive can’t be blamed for this since the food is within a smaller brown bag and the bigger bag is completely sealed. The other issue I’m facing is workers are stealing the monopoly game pieces off of items and/or purposefully putting food in wrappers that don’t have game pieces on them at all. It is ONLY this location that I’m having this issue at. I’ve included pictures of both wrappers fully open to show what’s going on.

Drive thru prioritized, one kiosk open, no employees cared to even look or help those customers inside, had to call for their attention. When I got someones attention to ask for ketchup since they did not have any out, she said one moment and disappeared. Asked a second person and she literally grabbed ketchup in 2 seconds because it was right there. So im not sure what the other employees issue was where she could of just grabbed some herself. Tables were dirty and they had cleaning supplies just sitting out on a table and a mop bucket near by a table. Also, might need someone to come look at their soda fountains because they seem a bit deluded. And they did not even have tea available, and I wasn’t going to ask cause that would have been another 5 mins or more. So overall, the customer service has gone out the window. I know its McDonald’s, but last I checked we are people. Maybe thats why everyone just seems grumpy. .

Response to owner: I did take the time to go and do the customer survey, just to submit and have it come back and at page not found. So not sure it will get seen.

But to add: As I went to submit a survey liked asked, i then remembered, they didnt even offer me a receipt because supposedly you were out of paper. Then I had to remember my number, there were quite a few people confused on what order was theirs. Why not use the markers you were given to help with that. There has to be a better system. This isnt the first time at this location. Thought I would give it another go. Sadly mistaken. Are you doing away with customer service?

Online order items not available for pickup. They couldn’t cancel. So I had. Refund in 1 to 7 days. Went inside to re-order a to-go. They over-stuffed my bag which ripped, scattering ALL my food.

TERRIBLE drive-thru staff!!
Me and my friend went though the drive thru around 4:30 this afternoon and used our McDonalds rewards (which we earned spending money here) to get two free ice cream cones and also purchased a large coke and large fry. The woman at the 1st window was so ridiculously rude for no reason and then escalated her bitchy attitude when we simply asked if we could add an ice water to our order! She replied with an attitude, “I already gave you your receipt!!” and SLAMMED the window!! We were literally so stunned but then got to the next window and it only got worse! At the 2nd window we asked if we could add a water to our order and were told they couldn’t give or sell us a water due to the monopoly game and then brought us a happy meal water like some kind of joke! We then apparently made the mistake of asking for some sauce for our fries! Now I don’t know if the girly acting dude at the 2nd window personally buys McDonalds sauce for this location but his little attitude after we asked for 1 Polynesian and 1 ranch would suggest he personally supplies the store with them out of his own pocket! He literally raised his voice, with theatrical dramatics, and said “you only get ONE sauce!!” before sashaying away like he was on some kind of sassy runway! This store is in serious need of a staff overhaul but it’s most likely being managed by a child that thinks this kind of behavior is funny so this review is to simply advise you to avoid this McDonalds location because we all know nothing will change. Just thumb through their other reviews and do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere!

I don’t think the staff gets enough appreciation for everything they do. It’s McDonald’s and it’s cheap compared to the rest of the food around town, so it’s gonna be busy. Now I’ve been going to this McDonald’s since it opened, living in Holly Springs for almost 20 years now. They’ve always given good service at the drive-through. I usually go in the evenings (Free Fries Friday!) and customize my order no salt fries a big Mac with extra pickles and extra onions or fillet of fish and it’s always been good. Not to mention the app always gives free food, ALWAYS! Unlike other places around here, hint!!!
Guys, you gotta appreciate the hard work that these folks do day and day out. Yeah, you’re the customer but it doesn’t hurt for you to look at them with a smile and say thank you, I appreciate you. But just cause it’s McDonald’s, everyone loses their cool and complains about everything. Anyways, to the staff – thanks for working late making my custom burger and no salt fries, for walking the food out to me, for making things right if it was wrong on the next visit. Thanks for showing up. I appreciate you and all you do. Ba da ba ba baaa… you guys are awesome.

Went there as I was sitting waiting for my food. A mouse ran from out of the back somewhere then after I got my food, it ended up not being hot in the English muffin was left in a toaster somewhere too long. Then the manager told me that the mouse had to just come in from the back door because it was left open, which I think is bullshit.

Since the makeover this has been a quick and accurate location.

Update: Bad customer service and managerial character. Lisa the manager brought out my food to parking space 1 after sting there for 7 minutes. Before I went to the parking space I asked to have ketchup added to the bag, and the kid was like sure. So when Lisa the manager brought the food and I asked if there was ketchup, she stated she wasn’t sure so I asked if she could get some, “oh, no, I’m not going to that” was her reply after me sitting there for a while and after already requesting it. Ugh. So no ketchup.

Not sure if the employees hate Mc Rib season but the sandwich looked like they roundhouse kicked it into the bag. Top bun was upside down and there was sauce all over inside and outside the box. It seems all locations hate making this sandwich. Now I know why this location has 3.3 stars. I’m sure management or the owners could care less.

This store is horrible, along with McDonald’s brand as a whole. I hadn’t been to one in quite a long time. I ordered, 5 minutes later I get my order and the fries are cold. They take them back and say it will be a few minutes because they have to make them. It’s 12PM, and there’s no one in the store!. The catsup packets are so small you need ten of them to suffice. Now my Big Mac and cheeseburger are cold because the fries took forever to cook. HORRIBLE STORE. Will never patronize this store or brand ever again.
