I was in freehold today for an appointment and just had a playa craving. Didn’t realize until I got here that it’s in the mall. Same great service as your other locations I’ve been to. It was definitely so good!! I got the açaí Nutella bowl and I absolutely loved it!! I always get stomach aches when I eat out but this didn’t give me one!! I’m very impressed and happy definitely coming back

I ordered a pacific bowl with extra peanut butter , pineapples, mango , and strawberries. They made it and it was missing fruit and my order had less stuff in it than my moms bowl who ordered less fruit and took out a lot of ingredients. After they were made over my order did not have peanut butter in the middle as it should have and because I think the girl forgot she just threw peanut butter on the top. And on top of that there were some crunchy black things which I think were goji berries in my bowl which I’m allergic to. Now if I were to sue I’d be wrong right? I did not ask for them. Did not enjoy my bowl at all. And had a slight allergic reaction because of those berries. I know it gets busy there but it shouldn’t be that hard to follow a receipt telling you everything to add or to take off. Was super disappointed because I spend so much money with playa bowl just to not enjoy it.

If I could give zero stars for the service provided for this location I would. Literally waited 45 minutes for a mobile order to be completely melted. They have zero communication with each other and are too busy talking to each other than paying attention to customers. They then rush to get your order completed to where it’s not edible. Consistency of soup not a smoothie. Don’t waste your time or money. Had to go back to get a refund. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

There was this girl I don’t know her name but she’s at work in her pajama pants with a dirty shirt I gave her simple instructions for what I asked for and the quality of the food was awful the Açaí base was watered and diluted down I couldn’t even eat it not to mention I asked for extra banana and paid for it just to get the portion of one banana I paid $15 to throw food away this was extremely unprofessional definitely not going there and won’t be recommending people to go there

I walked in to find a group of teenage girls doing the absolute bare minimum—if that. No greetings, no smiles, just dead stares and thumbs flying across phone screens like they were getting paid to scroll, not serve.
They were practically welded to the counter, leaning like it was a lounge, not a workplace. The only time they showed any urgency? When the mall was closing—suddenly, they sprang to life to shut everything down like customers were interrupting their group chat.
If attitude could be bottled, this place would be fully stocked. Here’s a tip: if you hate being there that much, just clock out permanently.
