45 minutes waiting in store for a online order for 2 pizzas (20 minutes past expected ready time). One being cheese. Only to get it with crust missing, cheese missing and ingredients just thrown in. Would have been faster taking hot n ready. Front staff just throwing boxes for others to pickup and telling everyone 30 min wait for online pickup order!!! Most poeple have ordered ahead and came after 30 minutes to be told wait 30 more minutes. .

This has to be hands down the worst pizza I have ever received, despite receiving the incorrect pizza, the pizza was not cut throughly, some pieces being huge and the others being very small, and the toppings only being distributed in the middle missing almost all pieces. I’ve called back to speak with someone and I have been on hold for 30 minutes, since they close in 20 minutes I’m not sure if they will just leave me on hold until they close. Forgot to mention- the bottom of their dough is very old and has not been properly discarded as it should have.

Got late night dinner at 10pm, an hour before close. I have never ever gotten an order from LC so beautifully made. Silly I know but I loved it especially since I usually never crave it but I saw a new pizza deal and thought Woah crazy deal I’ll try it and here we are.

I was there on a Saturday after 2:00pm (Dec 27) This Little Caesars Pizza location was very fast to get your pizza done. The staff were very attentive and attuned to your needs.
I ordered using the app in the lobby and it gives you a time to pick up your pizza from the locker, which was the first time I’ve done that and was pleased that waiting in line is no longer necessary. The app said my single topping pizza was done in 15 minutes from the time I ordered in the app and it turned out to be ready in half the time!
I’m certainly going to order from the app from now on. Really loved the ease of ordering and convenient pick up locker cabinet by just using a code to unlock the door.

They got my order wrong. I paid for a crazy crust pizza and I got a regular crust instead. When I patiently informed the worker, she wordlessly grabbed the pizza and instead of remaking it, she sloppily threw uncooked yellow sauce on it and walked away. I get you guys are understaffed but the attitude towards me was misplaced and unnecessary. I will not be coming here again.

I placed a large online order 3 hours in advance. Go to pick up in store, and they never fulfilled my order?? They said it would be another hour?? Totally unacceptable and ridiculous. I demanded a refund and went next door to Jewel and bought frozen pizzas.

Got pizza from this Little Caesars and within a few hours I developed severe food poisoning. It came on fast and hit hard intense nausea, nonstop vomiting, body aches, chills, and overall weakness. The physical effects were awful and completely knocked me out for the day.
I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but the timing lines up too closely to ignore. This wasn’t mild stomach discomfort — it was full-on food poisoning that affected my entire body.
Food safety and proper handling clearly need more attention here. I would not recommend eating from this location unless they seriously improve their standards.

This is definitely the worst food I’ve had from A little Caesars in 20+ years. Dough was not stretched properly and completely RAW. Wings came dry/plain with the sauce pooled in the bottom of the container and the new popper things were nearly burnt, flat and as hard as crackers.

How do you not know how to cut pizza??????? Fire that person, something is seriously wrong with that person. If that’s how they “slice” a pizza then I doubt if they know how to wash their hands then. I ordered online for lite cheese and my receiptsays light cheese. Not only did they not put lite cheese on it but they put extra cheese on it. This is a very cheese thick and cheese heavy pizza. And the cheese taste weird at this location. It taste kind of diluted, kind of weak, tastely, watered down like. Now my lunch break is over and I have to go back to work hungry, if I can make it on an empty stomach. And they barely cut the pizza into slices. The tip of the pizza is sliced but the bottom of the pizza is unsliced. Somebody needs to be fired for gross negligence. This is clearly the tip of the iceberg SMH.
