The meal was acceptable but not really great. Service was slow and somewhat distracted, the bathroom was dirty and smelly. The restaurant was in the Christmas spirit but it needs to be cleaned up.

Michelle D is best waitress i have had in 20 years. She is very professional but she has that extra touch that makes you feel happy to be there and she makes you feel like she is happy to be there for you and a privilege is take your order and talk with you. Our order was perfect and our service was wonderful. Its the first time in 20 years that my eggs and my bacon came to my table perfectly cooked. I didnt have to send anything back. We just moved to ambrose about 2 months ago. We have been to huddle house 3 times. And every time the waitress and the cook is on the same page of the play book and everything come out perfectly.

My partner and I ordered online and had our food delivered. The food wasn’t as great as it could have been. My hashbrown could have been a better portion and my hashbrowns were hard. Will attempt to try this location once more to determine if I will come back or not

Usually when we visit Douglas for the holidays, Huddle House is the highlight of our trip. Unfortunately, today did not prove to be that instance. Immediately, when we walked in and looked down, we noticed that the floors were not clean. We stood at the door for a few minutes before a server told us that we could see ourselves. Once we were seated, that same server offered to get our drinks, but she may have forgotten to get them because she came by several minutes later and let us know that she was going to get them immediately. When we ordered the food, the fries had obviously been reduced in size. There were approximately 15 small, crinkle fries per serving for each side order. This same server (she had a green braid in her hair), forgot to bring out multiple parts of our order (including an entire entree), the flatware, and even brought a dirty, previously opened salad dressing with our meal. I am assuming that they were repurposing it because they mistakenly assumed the prior customer did not use it. That is actually quite disgusting. We are so disappointed and let down by the level of service and lack of cleanliness, that we may not return. That is very unfortunate because we really did look forward to visiting this restaurant as a part of our holiday visit to the area.

Had a great experience at Huddle House! Harley Quinn was amazing she had such a welcoming and friendly personality that made us feel right at home. The food was delicious and came out just right. Everything from the service to the meal was top-notch. I will definitely be back!

Man the food was great and service from the time I walked in the door was great I thank the ladies who made my night a great and relaxed night I had the steak well done with green beans and Mac and cuz for appetizer I had a sampler don’t like jalapeno poppers they were spicy hot to much for me but other then that these ladies at 2 am made me glad for choosing their huddle house and btw was very clean and positive vibes compliments to the chief she nailed that steak my waitress was ixchel she wore a smile as she spoke to me she listened and responded great and I think she shld get a raise keep up good work hun ur great with customer service I usually don’t tip but she deserves this tip

Very pleasant experience. Went for dinner a few days ago with my husband for a calm night after a long day. I ordered a BLT and it was out within less than ten minutes of being ordered. Our waitress Raven was very kind and welcoming, she made friendly conversation and made sure our orders were out promptly. Would come again

Me and my dad eat here often! We had Laura as our waiter and she was 10 of 10 the best waitress we’ve had. She made sure we had everything we needed and came back multiple times to check in with us! ♥️ would definitely eat here again and request her as our waiter.

I ordered a Philly omelette with cheese grits and raisin toast, even with a packed dining room my food was made fresh, hot, and quick. They also have these new latte drinks in store made with fancy syrup and a new coffee brew machine and topped with a fried waffle wedge that are AMAZING and priced on the low low.
If you’re traveling through or a hometown hero, run as fast as you can to go check them out. They’re right down the street from the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott.
