The bruschetta was burned on the bottom and the sides and was cold. Maybe that was due to pick up being cold, but being burned was not.
The garlic knots were also overdone and hard and had no garlic flavor at all. They were thrown out with the bruschetta.
I have searched all up and down the east coast for good gluten-free pizza. From NYC to New Orleans, Maine to Biloxi, it is very rare and usually served on a retail brand dough, like Udi. It’s okay but it’s a substitute. When I heard that this little pizza place in Frostburg has been serving gluten-free, I had to try it.
I went on a Sunday night with my husband, teen stepdaughter, and my Mother-in-Law. They got Alfredo and Lasagna, which each looked tasty. I ordered the gluten-free deluxe pizza.
The owner brought the pizza to me, on a special pan, and explained how he had taken every precaution so that my pizza did not touch flour. It was made with such care and he was so pleasant, it made you want to patron the place.. but the taste? Simply incredible. It tastes like real pizza.
I’m a customer for life.
PS.. for non-gluten-free people, my teen daughter loved the Alfredo, my hubby thought it was just okay. My MIL said the Lasagna was very saucy and cheesy. Also, the house dressing is awesome.
