I really liked it!! Love the taste of the Al pastor tacos, best I’ve had outside of Mexico!! They are also the only place I’ve found in the state with true spicy salsa árbol!! The owner is very sweet and will come talk to you personally. And the bartender Brian took great care of me and was very personable!! I recommend

Update 05/04/2025 Early Cinco de Mayo Celebration!
We went early, but there was a Mariachi Band coming from Philly, as we were leaving! Some in our group stayed longer!
I had the House Margarita with salt and the Shrimp Fajita! Definitely will order again!
Herby’s is now opened on Tuesdays too, for Taco Tuesday. The added benefit: Herby’s Margaritas for $6.00 each.
We ordered Taco chips with guacamole and salsa. All fresh and tasty.
One person ordered the shrimp Fajita, which was excellent ( see pic of the large shrimps!)
Another friend ordered the Duo Fajita on a sizzling plate, and fresh salad to replace the rice and beans. Both recommended.
The tacos were on Special and a couple ordered the Duo ( chicken and steak) Very tasty.
My choice was the Steak Fajita on a sizzling plate with rice and beans on the side. Excellent and the sizzling plate I highly recommend too!
For me the Dessert was a very pleasant surprise: Raspberry Churros! Absolutely delicious ( see pic)
I met the owner, Maria, who skillfully runs this gem of authentic Mexican food!

I came to this restaurant a few months ago. This place had been a staple in the area and I’d been going since I was a child so I was excited to return as an adult. My server was great. The food was OK. Unfortunately, I returned the seafood nachos because they were soggy and the ingredients were not very fresh. Afterwards, the owner decides to confront me asking me repeatedly why I didn’t like them. I wasn’t trying to be rude about it because I could clearly see that I’d personally offended her so I just kept it simple and stated that I didn’t care for the taste because yes, it was nasty. She said
,”well that’s how I make them!” It was very uncomfortable and borderline hostile. I won’t be returning.

Always great food. And great service. My wife and I get here every few months and have never been anything but pleased….again great food and service. After COVID update. Again great service and had the half off tacos and they were fantastic. If you in the mood for great Mexican food I highly recommend this place. Also on a side note check out the art by the owners grandaughter.

The least Mexican inspired food ever served in America. The fried Chimi was not deep fried and was nothing more than shredded chicken, wrapped in a flour shell, with cheese sauce. Beans and rice were both cold.
